Chapter 936: Master Saving Lives
Jiang Li held the gun tightly in her hand and looked at Dapeng’s wound. She frowned and pointed in another direction.
That was not the direction they were leaving, but the inner part of the villa area.
“They will block our escape route,” Jiang Li said in a low voice.
Dapeng and Erlong also knew that Jiang Li’s words were true, but where could they hide?
Jiang Li looked around according to her memories. She reached out and pressed on the bleeding wound, maintaining her consciousness. She said, “You guys come with me.”
They could hide in this corner and avoid the other party’s attack, but it was definitely not a good idea.
They had to find a safe place.
Jiang Li followed her memories and came to an underground parking lot of an empty house. She easily dodged the warehouse door and hid inside first.
The three of them fell to the ground. The wounds on their bodies were very painful, and they were bleeding non-stop. They were not in a good condition.
“Inform Fu Jiuxiao,” Jiang Li said to Dapeng.
DaPpeng had already started to contact, but Jiang Li contacted another person.
“Master, it’s Jiang Li. Where are you?” Jiang Li’s breath was weak, and her voice was unclear.
Elder Mo immediately sensed that something was wrong with Jiang Li. He asked in a serious voice, “Where are you?”
Jiang Li smiled in relief. “In the villa area where the Jiang family is, we’re hiding in the underground garage. They have guns in their hands, and there are quite a number of them.”
“The road we came from should have been blocked. We should find a place to hide first.”
“I think we should have been drugged in advance and are relying on the pain of the wound to stay awake, but… we can’t hold on much longer.”
Elder Mo’s breathing was still very steady, but it could be heard that he was adjusting. He actually sneered, “Don’t you think it’s a coincidence? I tracked the previous assassin and happened to find this place.”
Elder Mo was nearby?
Jiang Li’s eyes lit up, feeling hopeful. “Master, be careful. They have guns.”
“Remember to call the police,” Elder Mo said.
Jiang Li was stunned. She immediately called the police and explained the situation. After reporting the location, she suddenly gestured to Dapeng and Erlong.
Someone was approaching.
Jiang Li tried her best to dodge to the back. Hearing the deliberately slow footsteps of the other party, she slowly approached the garage where they were.
When she raised the gun in her hand, she saw Dapeng gesturing to her to reject her action.
What should she do then?
Jiang Li trusted Dapeng’s judgment and chose to stay put for the time being. When the assassin walked into the garage and used the dim light to observe the situation inside, Dapeng suddenly made a move.
So that was how it was.
If he fired, there would be a sound, attracting more assassins.
This assassin was tall and big. Dapeng kicked him twice, but he was not hurt at all.
When the assassin kicked Dapeng away mockingly, he reached for his walkie-talkie. Just as he was about to inform his partner, he realized that the walkie-talkie had suddenly shattered.
He turned his head in shock and looked at Jiang Li, who was very short to him. He raised his fist in anger.
Jiang Li dodged him cleanly and circled around him like a snake. Then, she reached out and slapped the assassin’s spine.
She did not have much strength, but her grip was very good. The pain made the assassin raise his head and scream.
Dapeng and Erlong acted in time. They covered the assassin’s mouth with the cloth and did not let him make a sound.
Jiang Li pressed on the other vertebra and slapped it down quickly.
The assassin rolled his eyes and fainted from the pain.
Erlong pulled the assassin to the side.
Jiang Li’s body swayed and she quickly retreated. She leaned against the wall and sat down.
She raised her hand to wipe the sweat from her forehead. When she saw a shadow covering her, she thought it was Dapeng. She said in a low voice, “Be careful…”
“She’s…” the other party spoke.
It was not Dapeng, but it was the assassin.
It turned out that Dapeng had fainted at the garage door. The assassin who walked in again was already prepared to inform his partner.
Jiang Li jumped up to snatch the walkie-talkie, but she could not get it.
It was too infuriating.
The assassin smiled coldly. When he reached out to grab Jiang Li’s neck, he suddenly froze on the spot, tilted his head, and fell to the side.
Things happened too quickly.
Jiang Li did not expect this to happen at all. She instinctively took two steps back and avoided the assassin.
Was it Elder Mo?
“Master!” The moment Jiang Li saw Elder Mo, she was so excited that she almost jumped up, but her wound opened up even more.
Elder Mo quickly helped Jiang Li to the side. His actions were full of care, but his words were not forgiving. He said angrily, “Tell me about you, little girl. You’re too worrisome.”
“You can’t even beat these idiots. You’re not allowed to say you’re my disciple in the future.”
Jiang Li’s face was flushed red. She gritted her teeth and said, “Master, I was injured.”
Elder Mo only snorted and threw Jiang Li aside. He clenched his fists and looked outside the garage angrily. “They’re just a few kids. They even dared to beat up my disciple. They’re really amazing.”
It turned out that there were a few more assassins who had rushed over.
When they saw Elder Mo, they instinctively took a step back with fear in their expressions.
“Oh? You know this old man?” Elder Mo asked coldly.
The assassins looked at each other. Not only did they not get closer, but they also retreated further. At the same time, they raised the guns in their hands.
No matter how skilled Elder Mo was, he might not be able to dodge the bullets.
“Kill.” When one of the assassins gave a cold order, he could not help but tremble and kneel on the ground.
