God's Eyes Chapter 824 - Returned

After he had distributed every single Merit point, Jason could teleport to the Julandra region as the reward to do so was already activated.

Yet, the first thing he did after activating the reward was to sit down in front of the portal. Crossing his legs, he began reading through the four techniques he had purchased for himself.

After purchasing them, they were finally unlocked for him to read beyond the first page that was more like a description.

As such, it was only now that Jason got to know what exactly the techniques he chose could do and how powerful they truly were.

As for the Divine Maestra cultivation technique, it would allow his cultivation speed to double at the bare minimum without making him feel any pain.

Meanwhile, the Bladed Ruyi Bang martial art technique focused on weapons that could enlarge, which were mostly spears.

Additionally, there was also a section dedicated to Broadswords and other weapons, as well as a detailed description on how one should use the enlarging function of a weapon.

Because of that, Jason was already curious on how he could make use of the technique in order to distract, or possibly outwit his opponent.

While the Bladed Ruyi Bang martial art technique was already interesting, this was even more so the case with the [Hermes Celeration] technique. It was the first movement technique he learned other than the Floating Sky and its sub-technique, the Weightless steps movement technique.

As such, a Luna ranked technique was extremely exciting, even more so because he was always prone to learning a better movement technique that allowed him to move faster.

In fact, he was always trying to increase his speed and turn it into his biggest asset apart from his eyes.

Unfortunately, it was never really possible for him to pursue what he wanted.

He knew that his eyes and other traits had been stronger, and more important than improving his movement speed.

Because of that, he felt like a small child who had received the present he had always wanted, a technique to increase his movement speed even further.

In the end, his movement speed was already fast, and by fusing with Petri, Peak Prismar stage cultivators looked like amateurs in comparison to him.

Even the Lesser puppets that had been replicas of the five primordial races were nothing in comparison to him. This meant that there weren't many beings, or races that were on par with him and at the same cultivation base!

This would be even less the case once he began to refine his entire being, and strengthen his body.

He was excited to figure out what exactly the technique called Kanadi of a Primordial could really do and how useful it was for him to practice the technique.

Unfortunately, he would have to procure a few resources to start practicing it like nutrition serums and other necessities.

It was also possible to practice without these things but the potency would be extremely low, and lesser than the normal if he were to cultivate.

With that in mind, Jason finished reading through the techniques' first few pages.

He got up from the ground and used the teleportation reward to bring him to the Julandra region.

Returning was the most important for now, and his body and mind were calm.

He was prepared for every possible scenario he might have to face after his return.

Jason was anxious as well as excited to leave the dungeon and hopefully meet Jennifer.

Because of that, Jason was not even bothered by the fact that the space around him twisted, followed by him being teleported away from the Dungeon of the Primordial Descendant.

It was only after leaving the dungeon that Jason would understand that everything happened for a reason.

The time he spent inside the dungeon to pass the trials with the highest possible score, the Inheritance he received, followed by the rewards he obtained, would turn out to be much more important than he could ever imagine.

Oblivious to the importance of the Dungeon of the Primordial Descendant and the changes it had caused within his mindset and the rest of his entire being, he was teleported through space.

In a blink of an eye, he was transported billions of light years through the vast universe, only to return to the Julandra region where he had been just a few years ago.

In the end, Jason didn't even notice that his appearance in the Dungeon of the Primordial Descendant had attracted the attention of the five Primordial races.

The only thing they knew about him was that Jason had entered the Chaos Obelisk on Manyr and that he was a halfling.

Other than that, they didn't really know anything because the sentience of the dungeon didn't expose his identity or his personal information.

This protected Jason from the possible attack of the two Primordial races that were on bad terms with the Celestia race.

Yet, upon learning of Jason's existence, all five races had begun their preparations to search for him- the halfling who had received the Inheritance and survived it to tell the tale.

Even the Celestia race had launched an extensive research mission as only Yaldra knew of the existence of his son, and nobody else.

He never told anyone that he had a son because he hadn't known about this for a very long time either.

However, after he found out about his son and the fact that Jason didn't want to meet him, it was impossible to share the fact with others. The Celestias were a pure and prideful race, that wouldn't accept Jason just like that.

He was too weak and had tarnished their reputation and blood just by existing. Thus Yaldra remained silent, glad that the Celestia race assumed that the halfling was from one of the other four Primordial races.

Yet, in the end, he still sent out his own troupe of trusted soldiers.

They were supposed to send out the troops of the races they govern with the final goal to find and capture Jason alive before anyone else could find out about his existence.

This confused the soldiers of the Celestia race at first because they thought it was best to simply spy on the halfling before doing anything. It shouldn't be difficult because there were hundreds of races under their control.

But instead of spying, Yaldra wanted to have the halfling in his grasp. His orders astonished many soldiers, but they still obeyed as they were supposed to.

Thus, the soldiers began combing through the vast universe while ensuring that they didn't attract any attention. However, this was easier said than done because all five Primordial races wanted to find Jason!

Not attracting any attention and finding someone specific as quickly as possible, before anyone else could were the exact opposites of each other, and that was what the Five Primordial races were fully aware of.

As such, they contacted each other for the first time in eons, trying to figure out which of the Primordial races had been able to give birth to a halfling.

They wanted to figure out as much information as possible about this mysterious halfling. Yet, contrary to their expectations, all five races were doing the exact same, but without any success!

Meanwhile, Jason finally returned to the Julandra region and emerged from the portal, only to look around the familiar place he had emerged.

"What is this…weird presence?!?"
