Calvin froze, then took a few steps forward.

Emory frowned; she bowed without saying a word.
Osman’s eyes flashed upon seeing his daughter’s actions, but he didn’t say a word about it.
Adler stepped forward and sized up Calvin; after making sure that his baby boy wasn’t hurt, he
scanned the place.

“He came here all the way to headquarters just to disrespect our family!
“I heard that he’s protecting the Gibsons as well!
“That bastard’s pretty damn cocky, huh?
“What of the Law Enforcement Hall and its protectors?
“Didn’t they always call themselves the fiercest people of Heaven’s Gate?
“Why not just rip that damn bastard apart?!”
Calvin felt awkward; there were some things he didn’t have time to explain.
Emory made a face.“There’s something you don’t know, Uncle…
“That man, Harvey York, has the leader’s badge! He has the same authority as the leader!
“Simply put, he’s currently the acting head.
“I heard that the Imperial Prison, the Law Enforcement Hall and its protectors, and the Forbidden Army
are all being controlled by him right now.
“It won’t be easy to deal with him now.”
Adler froze. Osman showed an odd expression as well.
They knew Quill had the leader’s badge. After all, Quill came all the way back to headquarters since
the outer elder died because of it.
Not only did the main perpetrator show up, but he even used the badge’s authority to take control of
half of Heaven’s Gate.
This was simply unforgivable!
Calvin intentionally fanned the flames after seeing his father about to skim past the subject as if it was
nothing.
“Father! That kid’s even planning to make a bigger hole for Quill!
“He wants to put me and Emory under it!
“He even forced both the Lowe family and the Bowie family to kneel in front of Quill’s grave! Those who
decline will be killed!”
Naturally, Calvin hoped to enrage the two heads of the families so they’d deal with Harvey instead.Adler glared coldly after hearing those words.

“He told us to do everything we want in the meantime!
