Take that back right now or I will cut your tongue off."
Jennifer scoffed. "You can't scare me, loser! Mr. Lynch is going to put you in your place." She then
turned to Alice and mocked, "Why are you with this idiot, Alice? Violence doesn't work in this day and
age. One call to the cops, and it's off to jail for you two."
Alice paled. If she was alone, she would never have entertained this wench, but when Kingsley was
involved, she would do anything. She slowly stood up. "Fine. I'll make the tea for—"
Before she could finish, Kingsley said, "Alice, sit down."
