Savanna’s pupils suddenly widened. She thought she had seen wrongly and rubbed her eyes. But she
didn’t make a mistake. It was Brandon. What did he come here for?
Brandon was followed by a group of men. He was walking in front in a suit and leather shoes. He
looked great. Brandon did not see her. He just lowered his head, as if he was listening to the man
closest to him. The man might be a manager. Although the man kept talking, Brandon did not look
happy.
Obviously, Brandon was here for a business trip.
They walked past her directly
Savanna was afraid that Brandon would find her and suppressed the panic in her heart. She quickly
packed her things and slipped away.
Brandon turned around and happened to see the slim figure that had passed through the corridor of the
design institute. It looked like Savanna.
Savanna’s face inexplicably appeared in his mind again.
He thought, I must be crazy.
Brandon was annoyed.
Savanna finished bathing. Just as she lay down on the bed, the creaking sound of the bed sounded
next door again. Savanna held her head and cursed in a low voice. She regretted having rented this
cheap room.
After enduring for a long time, the noises next door did not stop. There were even occasional screams
of a woman and the breathing of a man, making her unable to sleep.
Afraid that it would be a sleepless night like last night, Savanna rushed out and knocked on the door
next door.
The one who came to open the door was a blonde woman with a lustful look and disheveled clothes.
The woman looked at her coldly and raised her eyebrows. “What’s the matter?”
“Please be quiet,”
Savanna said and returned to her room.
However, they did not stop. Things became even worse. Savanna couldn’t take it anymore and called
the police on her mobile phone. Soon, the police came and took the two people away. The noises
finally quieted down.
The next day, just as Savanna came back from the design institute, she was stopped by the blond
woman. The blond woman winked at a few gangsters behind her. They were fierce and surrounded
Savanna. Savanna picked up her bag and violently smashed it on the head of the man at the front.
Then, she ran away.
“Stop!”
With his head smashed, the man was so angry that he chased after Savanna with his lackeys.
Savanna ran desperately, and one of her shoes fell off, but she didn’t care.
Somehow, she bumped into someone. “Sor…”
Savanna looked up, and she paused.
It was Brandon.
Savanna’s heart was pounding. She thought, why am I so unlucky? Brandon was also stunned. He
looked at her with surprise.
It was obvious that Brandon had not expected to meet her here.
Savanna turned around and saw that the group of men was coming after her from the corner. She was
about to run when Brandon stopped her.
“Let go.”
Savanna was so anxious that she was almost sweating.
“Why are you here?”
Brandon asked.
Brandon looked down from her face and landed on Savanna’s slightly swollen abdomen. He seemed to
have thought of something, and his long and narrow eyebrows furrowed. “Savanna, you…”
Savanna shook off his hand and ran forward.
She ran fast.
Brandon gritted his teeth. He looked at the group of men who were closer and then looked in the
direction in which Savanna had disappeared. A bad premonition struck his heart. He cursed in a low
voice and ran after her.
Because of Brandon, Savanna ran even harder.
At that moment, those punks were nothing to her. If Brandon found out that she didn’t have an
abortion… Savanna shook her head and did not dare to think further.
But she really couldn’t run anymore. Savanna stopped to rest and breathed heavily. Her legs also
became weak because she ran too far. She knew that she couldn’t use up her strength like this. She
bent down and entered a café.
A blue-eyed bearded man asked.
“A cup of Mocha.” When Savanna replied, she kept glancing behind her. About half a minute later, she
saw the gangsters passing by.
But she didn’t see Brandon.
She placed the money on the counter and took the cup of Mocha that the bearded man handed over.
Savanna bit the straw and walked out of the café. She lifted her eyes and saw a man. She was
stunned, and her body trembled slightly. It was Brandon.
Savanna froze, holding her breath.
Brandon stood there with his hands in his pockets. His gaze was as fierce as that of a wild beast. It was
as if he was staring at his prey. He seemed to want to tear her apart.
Savanna forced a smile, her smile stiff.
Her eyelids could not stop trembling as she said, “Hey, handsome.”
Brandon pursed her lips coldly and didn’t speak. The atmosphere was oppressive.
Savanna came back to her senses. She bit the straw and wanted to walk around him. As she walked
past him, Brandon pulled his hand out of his pocket and pulled her into his arms. He fiercely pressed
her against the wall.
“Let go of me, Brandon.”
Savanna shouted.
Brandon’s eyes were burning as he asked in a hoarse voice, “Why are you here?”
“I got something to do here. What about you?”
Savanna beat around the bush.
However, Brandon was too smart to be trifled with.
His hot fingers rubbed her soft hair and slowly slid down her lower jaw along her hairline. His fingertips
were so hot that she felt as if her skin would be burned.
His warm breath sprayed on her neck like feathers brushing back and forth in her heart. It was itchy,
which made her uncomfortable.
“I’m here for you.”
When his breath reached her lips, before she could react, he had already bit her lips without hesitation
