Despite her composed announcement, Wanda was still secretly holding onto hope. Her eyes fixed on

Yet, his expression remained rigid. “Fine by me.”
Next, he requested Edward to print out the termination agreement. It did not take Edward long to bring
it over to them. As such, Nicholas signed it immediately before handing it to Wanda.
The signed contract added weight to her, but she finally accepted reality-this man did not bear any
feelings for her from the start until the end; it was all her one-sided crush
Now that the agreement was signed by both parties, the collaboration had officially come to an end.
“Edward, please send Miss Wanda off.” Nicholas had no intention to waste any more time with

A crestfallen Wanda glanced at the cold man and left Sawyer Group with the agreement contract. She
cooped herself in her room upon returning home and tried to drink herself silly to smother misery.

fine going alone. You should get some rest at home.”
In the end, he agreed to that despite his worries. He knew he could not talk her out of it.
Later on, she visited the gastroenterology unit at the hospital. While waiting for her turn, she
unexpectedly bumped into Nicholas and Tessa.
Tessa’s labor was approaching, so he accompanied her for the final check-up.
Wanda watched them coming in her direction with smiling faces. His gentle expression and actions
