Chapter 479 Primed!

Commanding Mage Turner was glancing at the numerous powerhouses around the war room as his eyes carried a trace of seriousness.

In the war room, a majority of the beings were releasing unique auras of the World Realm, these figures being some of the revered powerhouses that were fairly well known in the Dark Expanse.

Besides the World Rank Mage Turner, there were three other beings that stood in this same realm as him who would be leading their own forces against the Legions of Celestials in the coming battle. One was the fearsome Royal Vampyre known as Rokku, one of the generals under the Vampyre Ruler Vladivostok. The other was the Dark Wizard Shanora, a powerful being from the faction that preferred the mantle of Wizards instead of Mages.

Of course, the last being to join them was the 9th Infernal Lord whom they only knew by that title still!

Four World Rank Experts- Turner, Rokku, Shanora, and an Infernal Lord.

These were the beings standing against the coming Legions of Celestials, there being a tacit understanding between the two sides that they would not be releasing the peak powerhouses at the Star Forging Realm in this first clash. Those were the types of forces used near the end of the war as they represented the peak power of both sides, and this war...was just beginning.

"We expect their vessels to pierce into the Dark Expanse in a day or two, and we have our own ships and forces distributed in a defensive wall around the Verittas Fortress to stop their advances."

Commanding Mage Turner spoke out in a serious tone as the powerful figures looked at each other around the room. The Dark Wizard Shanora who was dressed in what Noah would describe a cliche witch costume was glancing in the direction of his clone with shimmering eyes that held great interest, the essence of darkness swirling around her being agitated as time passed.

"We can talk about strategies and defenses all day long if we want Turner, but why don't we get to know each other's...strengths some more? It's not as if we get to be in the presence of an Infernal Lord everyday."

Her gaze shone with luster as she stared at Noah, his own gaze remaining impassive as he didn't spare the wizard any look, turning towards the Commanding Mage Turner and speaking.

"Where do you want my legion?"

The Commanding Mage nodded as he pointed towards the table in front of them that had a projection of the wide Verittas Fortress and displayed some of the forces around it, his hands causing the appearance of a miniature legion of red figures that signified Noah's Infernal Legion to be right at the center- at the forefront of the battle!

"We will have to rely on your power to withstand the attacks of the Celestials head on...while we release our spells and magic from the sides to stop their advance and pick them off little by little until all of their strength is depleted."

Noah's eyes shone as he heard these words, the meaning of this strategy plainly being that they wanted him to be a tank that withstood the damage of a huge boss while they dished out damage to slowly bring it down!

"We excel in offensive tactics and destructive spells, but our defenses cannot compare to the power of Infernal Lords we have observed before. Is this strategy viable?"

The Royal Vampyre Rokku spoke out carefully as he sensed the bubbling strength stemming from Noah's body, the Dark Mage Shanora still having her gaze locked on him as Noah replied.

"It shouldn't be a problem!"

RUMBLE!

His words reverberated with power as relieved expressions appeared around the room, Commanding Mage Turner continuing.

"Alright, let's talk logistics…"

The meeting continued for another few hours as the powerful beings familiarized themselves with each other's forces and talked about possible plans in case things went wrong.

The Dark Mage Shanora who continued to glance towards Noah's vibrant aura of Chaos was the most peculiar, not exactly explaining why her gaze was locked on him for so long. At the end of the meeting as Noah was stepping out, he heard a telepathic message released from her enter his mind.

"I must apologize for the abrupt introduction and interest, but we don't usually have beings with such a thick aura of Chaos swirling around them such as you. If we are able to survive this little war that is coming up, I would love to discuss something with you. It somewhat pertains to the Dark Expanse, and someone with your advancements in Chaos would be most fitting for it!"

Words that seemed to have a tinge of fanaticism rang in his mind as he didn't even turn towards her, simply nodding as he left the room. The figures of the Dark Expanse really held Infernal Lords in much too different regards!

He would leave all other thoughts behind as he continued to look forward to the Legions of Celestials first, his heart expectant on all the treasures and loot they were planning on delivering to him.

As the legions of Celestials advanced forward and neared the Dark Expanse, the forces at the Verittas Fortress fortified their defenses as they prepared for the eventual clash.

It was a bustling scene of numerous forces that numbered in the hundreds of thousands preparing to participate in the war, the highest ranking powerhouses conducting the movements of their forces like a well-oiled machine as they worked together to ensure a chance of victory.

Noah was creating even more powerful forces in the Spiritual World as more and more of his subordinates entered the Domain Expansion Realm, his main body continuing to work efficiently in the Celestial Realm as he took down more and more Fate Behemoths at the Domain Rank, getting a taste of the ability of [Fate Stealer] early as he saw his Fate Lines continuing to jump higher every time a Fate Behemoths fell.

As he went further and further south of the Celestial Realm, he was gradually nearing the locations that would be considered largely unexplored, the wide areas where very few Celestials traversed and were filled with mysteries!
