Chapter 1040 - Phenomenal Power! II

[Temporal Halt].

The Hegemony of Necromancy was watching the appearance of the purple crimson colored clock that was hundreds of thousands of miles in diameter while shuddering with utter shock and stupor.

He had only utilized 20 of the 100 Seeds of Chaos to create 20 Incarnations of Chaos that he sent forward, but never would he have thought that the result of it was somehow their enemy becoming capable of utilizing the Dao of Chronos!

How?!

Could someone just comprehend a Dao as mysterious and abstruse as that so easily?!

Could someone do it just because they wished to do so?!

The flames on this Hegemony trembled with shock as a second later, he watched as a time stop was placed in a region of a single mile. But everything within this mile except the figure of the Demonic Lich Emperor had come to a stop due to his single command.

"...".

The Trillions of Undead Legions outside could move, and they even edged back from the frozen space temporarily as it seemed they didn't even want to be near it!

Within the frozen space, the 19 Incarnations of Chaos could consciously feel this Temporal Halt as they trembled with fear, but they held the essence of Chronos within them as well due to the Seeds of Chaos they swallowed, so the purple essence erupted around their bodies as they fought to move in the stopped time.

But…

In terms of the essence of Chronos, just who would be the winner?

Logically, even the Hegemony of Necromancy still in a stupor thought the enhanced Incarnations of Chaos would come out on top at the end of it, breaking past the Temporal Halt as they fought a life and death battle with the enemy that had somehow comprehended a Cosmic Dao that they could only utilize the essence of due to the Seeds they ingested.

Yet the 19 Incarnations seemed to be struggling as the purple essence of Chronos tried to protect their bodies, while the figure of the Demonic Lich Emperor had waves of purple-crimson essence still coming out front the enormous clock above the chaotic void endlessly as if mana was not a limited utility for him!

This...was actually the moment in time that the many watching Hegemonies would begin paying attention to Noah based on the amount of mana he was using, as many of them understood the reality of the Dao of Chronos and how much it would require of someone.

Yet the being before them...he was calling forth an endless amount of the essence of Chronos as even against 19 other beings that could utilize this essence as well, he overpowered all of them!

19 beings at the same stage as him, 19 beings that were actually Incarnations of the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos.

"..."

"The mana required for this...impossible!"

RUMBLE!

The Hegemony of Necromancy was the first to utter this as other Hegemonies followed. In the boundary of the Necrotic Universe, even more Universal Experts came to observe this shocking scene as before they could even get past the shock that a Paragon was seamlessly utilizing the essence of Chaos, they then saw his pure utilization of Mana as he called forth endless amount of this Cosmic Essence as if he had mana reserves of tens of Hegemonies.

The 19 Paragons were overwhelmed with the essence of Chronos Noah used to reinforce the Temporal Halt, none of them being able to move as a second later, this terrifying Demonic Lich Emperor called out another skill.

[Temporal Inversion].

Under a Temporal Halt, he actually tapped his fingers in the void carefully as the churning seas of Chronos essence rushing from the slowly rotating purple-crimson clock turned into rivers of light that only wrapped around the 19 Paragons.

The Time Inversion...was only focused on these beings themselves as Noah actually considered that he was doing something simple.

From the vast River of Time that he could now gaze upon, he was naturally able to see a few things. His focus on the 19 Paragons let him know that whatever grand change that had occurred to make them Incarnations of chaos happened not too long ago!

And this...was the target of his Temporal Inversion.

He was simply inverting the time of these Paragons, the state of their bodies and of their Origins- just an hour back!

An hour back before they became Incarnations of Chaos.

RUMBLE!

At certain levels of power, one didn't need to use brute force as many ingenious methods existed they could utilize.

Noah getting his hands on the Cosmic Dao of Chronos opened many methods for him as at this moment, many eyes watched in shock as the bodies of 19 Paragons became fully surrounded by the rivers of essence of Chronos as they formed into a bubble of crimson-purple light that swirled around them!

With this circular bubble of light, the bodies of the 19 Paragons were showing an eerie scene of twisting back and forth, their time of their bodies and Origin being inverted in a shocking fashion as those who didn't have deep comprehensions in the concept of time wouldn't even be able to understand what they were seeing.

THRUM!

A brilliant flash of light occurred after a few seconds from the 19 bubbles of crimson purple light, piercing screams ringing out from the Undead Paragons as they felt something overbearing be pulled apart from their Origins and Souls.

WAA!

Noah tapped his hands once more as the [Temporal Inversion] around their bodies was stopped, the scene around the Undead Paragons becoming clear for all to see.

Their bodies looked ragged and essence fluctuated around them weakly, but there was another thing beside their bodies that drew the eyes of all those watching. The Hegemony of Necromancy was one of the first to have their eyes drawn towards it, his body beginning to tremble as he waved his hands to observe the 80 Seeds of Chaos he still had with him as when he turned back to the 19 Paragons...he saw the same 19 Seeds of Chaos that he had induced them to ingest some time ago!

…!

"This…!"

An impossible scene!

A shocking reality!
