Chapter 1088 - A Race Against Time! III

The enemies hatched plans as they began to move soon after.

Meanwhile, Noah made his own plans as at this moment, he actually appeared in the Microbial Universe with the body of one of the clones of the Blue Slime.

His figure was still in the terrifying starry Cthulhu form as he sat above the wobbly body of the terrifying Hegemony of Devouring, his intrusion causing many of the Hegemonies still within this Universe towards him with sharp eyes!

THRUM!

The essence was palpable as Noah was entirely calm, observing the universe around him as he affirmed another Universal Construct was actually destroyed, and it wasn't by him!

He used the senses of the Blue Slime as he gazed over the entire Universe, finding the shimmering body of the Oathkeeper that was pulsating with a glorious aura of white Primordial Essence while situated in a meditative position near the destroyed pieces of the Universal Constructs.

Noah ignored the auras of the many Hegemonies that had landed on him as his figure teleported away from the region of the void he was in and appeared near the recovering Oathkeeper and the very Hegemonies that surrounded him.

The gaze of this domineering being opened as his eyes landed on Noah, especially at the glimmering Star of Conquest that released a dazzling array of white light onto Noah's body constantly as he called out lightly!

"Apex Paragon."

RUMBLE!

He called out such words while also locking his golden eyes onto the powerful aura of the Blue Slime, Oathkeeper and the others having long since received the news of Noah and the actions of the Blue Slime from the Hegemonies that had been watching everything outside the boundary of the Chthonian Universe!

He knew that this being and the Hegemony he controlled had somehow been capable of destroying a Universal Construct that required someone like him who held a Cosmic Treasure to be able to do so.

It was a surreal action that made the Oathkeeper continue to reevaluate everything he thought he knew about this being.

He looked up towards Noah's new form as he saw the glorious head of the Cthulhu nod nonchalantly.

"I didn't expect you to be able to take down a Universal Construct."

…!

Such words escaped Noah's mouth as the surrounding Hegemonies beside the Oathkeeper looked towards such a scene with some dissatisfaction, thinking Noah should pay this powerful being of their Cosmos much more respect!

But the Oathkeeper's golden eyes remained placid as he replied simply towards Noah.

"Neither did I expect a Paragon to be able to command a Universal Emperor Slime."

He actually spoke to Noah in equal terms, not talking down to this being in any way purely from his achievements! At such a being, Noah's eyes shone brightly as he replied.

"And yet I do. I'm also ready to head to another Universe and destroy another Construct, but I see you...will take a significant amount of time before being able to do so. Even though the descent of the Antiquity is in less than a day!"

RUMBLE!

His words caused fluctuations of essence and destiny to erupt out as the eyes of the Oathkeeper constricted, questioning slowly as mana undulated across his golden wings.

"What exactly are you getting at?"

"I'm getting to the fact that you have a problem in mana...and I have the solution! You saw this with the Hegemony of Summoning first hand, she pledged allegiance to me as soon after...she had her Mana Reserves and Regeneration enhanced by tens of times."

…!

Yes!

This was the reason why Noah had come into the Microbial Universe and even took the time to talk to the Oathkeeper!

He was actually planting seeds of possibilities similar to what he had done with the Great Old Nazzagath!

"I'm extending that same offer to you, Oathkeeper. Pledge fealty to me...and you will gain all the Mana you need to be able to go across the Primordial Cosmos to destroy the rest of the Universal Constructs."

RUMBLE!

Stupor appeared on the faces of all listening Hegemonies as the Oathkeeper's eyes flashed with a glorious golden light.

"..."

Utter and pervasive quietness arrived in the area as his aged and ancient golden eyes locked with Noah's from far away.

He looked at this being and the Hegemony he was standing on, a myriad of thoughts crossing in his mind as this domineering being that could be considered the pillar of the Primordial Cosmos seemed to actually be entertaining the words of the Apex Paragon!

…!

The seconds passed as Noah and the Oathkeeper had their eyes locked onto each other tightly, the Oathkeeper ultimately shaking his head as he spoke.

"That is not my path."

WAA!

"In another two to three hours, I will be ready to descend onto another Universe and do the same as I have done right now. If you are truly capable of doing again what you did in the Chthonian Universe...we should be able to stop the descent of the Antiquity!"

His words were strong and mighty, giving off the will of an ancient being that couldn't be steered to another direction!

Noah only smiled and nodded at this as a spatial light began to cover his body, his eyes dazzling with the light of conquest as he finished planting his seeds and waited for them to sprout.

"Let me know if anything changes. The offer will always be there!"

WAA!

With such words, the Apex Paragon and the Hegemony of Devouring below him disappeared.

Before they did, the Origins of many of the watching Hegemonies shook as they actually felt a deadly killing intent from the Blue Slime below the Apex Paragon, all of them recalling the history of this existence and what its resurgence meant!

But at this moment, Noah had fully delved into his mission that was considered to be divided into two parts that really went together.

One was to stop the descent of the Antiquity and devour the Universal Constructs, and the other was to make the inhabitants of multiple Universes pledge Fealty to him as he then took them out of the Primordial Cosmos!

To work efficiently with the little time he had, he had divided these tasks to his most powerful weapons yet- namely the clones of the Blue Slimes that he had already teleported to different Universes as he was speaking with the Oathkeeper!
