“Knock, knock.”
The familiar voice made a knocking noise, making Woojin turn around. He took his glasses off and saw that Shin was standing at the office entrance.
“Assistant Manager Choi, could you spare me some time for a quick meeting?”
“…What do you need?”
Yeonwoo watched Shin who looked rigid and serious. Nervously, she left the office. Jihoon Kang was out at a meeting.
After they began to date, Shin and Woojin made a point of avoiding each other at work. Shin replied, “I need to ask you a few questions regarding the weekly marketing plan.”
“Alright.”
Woojin put on his glasses again and picked up some papers while one of Shin’s eyebrows wiggled strangely. Woojin was planning on visiting the marketing department anyway to discuss the weekly plan, so he stood up nonchalantly and followed Shin.
They were passing by the office pantry when suddenly, Woojin grabbed Shin’s jacket and pulled him closer. Shin’s face turned even stranger as Woojin murmured, “If we are going to have a long meeting, perhaps we should make some coffee here…”
“…You are driving me nuts, Woojin.”
Shin kissed Woojin suddenly as he shut the door to the pantry. He pulled Woojin closer to him and locked the door. After a long kiss, Woojin asked breathlessly, “Did something happen? What’s going on?”
“Of course, there is something!”
Shin looked angry, and when Woojin looked up at him in surprise, Shin sighed deeply and examined Woojin’s face carefully. When he was satisfied, Shin asked, “You cried today, didn’t you?”
“…What?”
“I asked you to eat lunch with me today, but you didn’t reply. And when I asked you who you had lunch with, you refused to answer that either.”

“When I saw you in the hallway after lunch, I saw that your eyes were red. They are still a little pink even now. Did you really think I wouldn’t notice?”

They leaned against the wall and relaxed. Shin grinned again and mussed Woojin’s hair. He also straightened Woojin’s tie.

“I met Siwoo at lunch.”

When Woojin smiled, Shin blinked as if blinded.

There was no need to say the words. Knowing what your loved one was feeling… It was a very happy thing indeed. Woojin smiled as he gave Shin another quick kiss.
