Chapter 461 She Didn't Pester Me
Sasha tossed and turned, unable to fall asleep.
Not long after, it began to rain and thunder outside the window.
She thought that in such bad weather, Damian must have left.
The Molina Group had a cooperative relationship with the Peters family.
The next day, the Peters Group sent their general manager to the Molina Group.
The manager explained with a very good attitude.
"I’m so sorry, Ms. Molina. Mr. Peters is sick. Today, the company sent me to replace him."
"Sick? What happened?" Sasha asked in a flat tone.
"It is said that he was caught in the rain last night and had a fever. He is now in the hospital."
Sasha did not reply, not even showing any concern.
However, after signing the contract, she sent her secretary to check Damian's ward.
The secretary had followed her for many years. He immediately understood her meaning and asked.
"Ms. Molina, are you going to send the flower over personally or..."
"Let the vice president go," Sasha replied without hesitation. "Just send it over in the name of the
company."
"Yes."
The secretary agreed, but he was not in a hurry to leave.
Sasha thought about it and changed her mind.
"I'll send it over after work."
After all, Damian tortured himself like this because of her.
When Sasha arrived at the hospital with flowers and fruit baskets, she happened to meet Alexa and
Terrence coming out of Damian's sick room.
"Hi, Sasha!"
Alexa greeted and didn't feel surprised.
"How is he?"
"He felt better, but the doctor said that the critical period has not yet passed."
"I'll go see him."

Sasha was worried, but when she pushed open the door, Damian immediately turned around.
She quietly put the flowers and fruit baskets on the cabinet, but Damian said coldly.
Take them away. I don't want them."
"You had been waiting downstairs at my house all night?"
Damian sneered.
"Do you think I have to be with you? How can I do such a stupid thing like waiting downstairs for a
whole night?"
"I checked the surveillance. Or is that person not you?" Sasha hit the nail on the head.
Damian fell into silence.
He lay down, feeling dizzy. At the same time, he was so annoyed, and he could not stand it.
But Sasha was still there.
He did not want her to leave, but he was not willing to make a fool of himself in front of her.
After a while, Sasha was the first to give in.
"I came to see you on behalf of the company. Take good care of yourself."
"It's none of your business."
Damian felt that his attitude was very bad.
If it were any other time, Sasha would have taught him a lesson with a gloomy face.
But she did not this time.
"Okay. Then see you next time," Sasha said in a normal tone.
As soon as she left the ward, several nurses rushed over anxiously.
She asked, "What's wrong?"
"Mr. Peters said he was not feeling well, so we came to take a look."
Sasha hesitated for a moment, but she still went back to the ward with the nurses.
Damian fell unconscious on the ground. The nurses helped him up in a hurry and then sent him to the
emergency room.
"Are you his family member? Please come over here."
Sasha followed them and contacted Reid at the same time.
Damian was in a coma due to a fever.

He probably wanted to get out of bed just now but was out of strength, so he fell to the ground.
"Family members have to stay by his side," the doctor said seriously. "You can't leave a patient with a
fever alone."
Sasha nodded and went back to the ward with them.
She took out a handkerchief and wiped the sweat off Damian's forehead. Unexpectedly, her wrist was
held by him.
Although Damian was in a coma, Sasha still couldn't get rid of him.
Sasha cried out in pain, but he still refused to let go.
"Don't go..." When Reid came in, Damian was still holding Sasha's hand.
Sasha looked embarrassed.
"Ms. Molina, I'm sorry to trouble you."
Reid said politely, but he was no longer as friendly as before.
After all, Damian's current condition was because of Sasha.
Sasha tried her best to pull Damian's hand away.
"Since you're here, then I'll be leaving first."
"You can ask for compensation for delaying you from the Peters Group." Sasha pretended that she did
not hear anything, and left without a word. Coincidentally, she met Jeremy downstairs in the in-patient
department. "What are you doing in the hospital? You can't get pregnant, so you're here for a physical
examination again, right?" Jeremy asked.
His words were cruel to Sasha.
She was in a bad mood today, and now she just wanted to vent her anger on him.
"I came to see my man. What does it have to do with you?"
In an instant, the smile on Jeremy's face disappeared.
The news had long been spreading that Sasha was a play woman, who had affairs with many men
when they were married.
He noticed the red mark on Sasha's wrist, laughing mockingly.
"It seems that your man doesn't treat you so well. Why don't you break up early?"
"Get lost."
When Reid came out of the ward, he happened to see Sasha lose her temper.
His impression of Sasha was not good, and he felt even more disgusted about her at that moment.

Jeremy glanced at Reid, thinking that Reid was Sasha's new boyfriend.
"There's no point in hiding something like that. Why don't I go talk to him?" "Jeremy, how dare you! I'll
kill you," Sasha said as she gritted her teeth.
She just couldn't bear to see Jeremy acting so cheap in front of her, but her reaction was typical of a
guilty conscience in Reid's eyes.
Reid deliberately coughed and made some noise.
Sasha turned back to look at him. Then she immediately stopped talking, leaving in a hurry.
Jeremy glared at Reid with hostility, not wanting to talk to him.
"Do you know Ms. Molina?" Reid asked.
"Don't you know that I am her ex-husband? Or is she saying that I am dead?" Jeremy teased.
"Do you know what happened between her and Zeke?"
"Didn't the thing between her and Zeke spread everywhere long ago?"
Jeremy was full of anger as he spoke, but when he saw Reid looking at him with a serious face, he
suddenly felt a little pity for Reid.
"So you don't know anything, right?" Jeremy asked mockingly.
"Tell me about it?"
"She is pregnant with Zeke's child, so what's the point of talking about it? She is just a cheap woman."
Reid pursed his lips tightly, and his eyes darkened.
When Reid turned around and walked to the ward, Jeremy added.
"I suggest that you break up with her early. She is quite ruthless, and she's a skillful liar."
The ward was not soundproof, and the door was half-closed. Damian heard everything.
"What about now? Can you let it go?" Reid asked lightly.
"What can I do if I don't give up?"
Damian stared blankly at the ceiling, feeling a headache.
Seeing that he still had some unrealistic fantasies, Reid advised.
"Just let it go. Don't make it too troublesome, or it won't be good for your reputation."
"She didn't pester me," Damian sneered, "She's so cool. She was the one who proposed the breakup.
No matter how hard I tried, there was no way to get her back."
Reid did not speak.
A moment later, Damian said to himself.
She's quite heartless."
