Chapter 1145 Zayn‘s expression slowly eased up. He firmly drove his car away.

In the passenger seat at the back, Ninian was slightly shy, but she still could not help but keep her eyes

on Everett.

His side profile was smooth and well–defined. He was indifferent yet noble, and he was so good–

looking that he would make people unable to help but scream.

Ninian nearly had stars in her eyes.

As if Everett felt her enthusiastic gaze, he turned sideways and looked at her. Ninian held her hands,

covered her face, and could not help but chuckle.

She was really with Everett now!

Everett had become her boyfriend!

She could even laugh as if she was dreaming!

Ninian chuckled, and Everett also could not help but smile faintly. “What‘s it? Why are you so happy?”

“I‘m happy when I see you!” Ninian grinned.

Everett was stunned slightly before his ears instantly turned red.

He clenched his fist and covered his lips before he turned

sideways back and pretended to cough.

The redness of his ears spread across his neck to the body part that was covered by the collars.

When Zayn saw the situation at the back through the rearview mirror, he could not help but smile and

shake his head.

Young people‘s love was so youthful, innocent, and beautiful that made him envious.

The car was driven to a private dining restaurant nearby. Zayn explained , “The privacy level here is

high, so you don‘t have to worry that you‘ll get exposed. Besides, the food here is quite good. Mr. Craig

likes it very much. Miss Winters, you can also give it a try.” “Everett also likes it?” Ninian immediately

became energetic. Her eyes shone brightly and turned serious.“ Then I‘ll have to make a note in my

notebook.”

Zayn could not help but chuckle.

Ninian blinked, and she felt slightly strange. “Mr. Barnes, what are you laughing at?”

“Don‘t bother him.” Everett tussled her hair and unfastened her seatbelt. “Let‘s go inside.”

Ninian obediently said, “Okay.” After they got out of the car, the full view of the private dining restaurant

was shown in front of them.

It was decorated like a pavilion. There were faux mountains and stones, and there was a small bridge

and flowing water. It was like being in the floating city of Venice.

Ninian walked inside while looking around like she was doing a treasure hunt. Meanwhile , Everett

stuck by her and prevented her from falling down.

It was only after they entered a private room that Ninian snapped out of her daze and asked, “Oh,

where‘s Mr. Barnes?”

Everett indifferently said, “He‘s not joining us.”

“Why?” Ninian blinked in confusion. Her beautiful eyes were filled with loss. “Why is he not joining when

he is already here? Is he not feeling well?”.

Everett firmly stared at her and softly said, “You seem to care about him very much.”

“Of course,” Ninian naturally said, “He‘s your attendant.”

Everett‘s expression subconsciously became softened. He smiled faintly and said, “He‘s fine. He just

doesn‘t want to disturb us. After all, this is... our first date.”

“Da… date?” Ninian nearly bit her own tongue.

Everett‘s gaze became softer. He clapped his hands.

The door of the private room was opened, and some

waiters walked inside. Each of them carried a tray, and there was a box of similar size on each tray.

Ninian was shocked.

“What are these?” Ninian asked.

Everett curled his thin lips into a smile, and the indifference in his expression faded, leaving warmth on

his face. It was like ice melting to give way to blooming flowers.

He looked at Ninian and whispered, “Why don‘t you open them and see?”

Ninian felt nervous for some reason. She walked over, took a deep breath, and opened the first box.
