Chapter299 A Sweet Handsome Boy“What did you say?” Hayden was surprised.
“It’s a description of elder boys,” Anna explained immediately.
“Elder boys?” Hayden still didn’t understand.
Anna tried hard to make Hayden understand what kind of man was more popular now. Hayden was
astounded by what she explained.
“Anyway, a puppy-boy is very thoughtful. He will respect you and often surprise you. But wolf-boys will
be more manly and possessive. They will care about you and they won’t let you do any housework.”
“It seems that they are quite wonderful.” Hayden thought for a while and said, “No wonder they are so
popular now.”
“The brand ambassador that we hire this time is also a sweet puppy boy.”

time that she had ever seen him clearly. Standing behind Anna, Leon, who had millions of fans, was
sensationally good-looking. His dark brown eyes were clear like the spring water.
He was attractive with his fair skin and brown curls. His haircut reminded Hayden of toy poodle. And
she thought, this Leon, the pretty boy, had nothing in common with the killer Leon in the movie, Léon.
“Hello,” She managed to force a smile, trying to be polite.
Leon shook hands with her, with an enormous grin spreading across his face.
“You are much younger than I thought. And you’re drop-dead gorgeous!” His voice was mesmerizing.
Hayden went blank for a while and soon replied him, “Thanks, you are so sweet. Do other young
people are also sweet like you now?”
“You look like a twenty-year-old girl,” Leon blinked his eyes and said earnestly, “So you are also a
young girl.”
Laughing out, Hayden could not help glancing at Anna. Now she understood how sweet could he be.“There are cakes and coffee, have some and take a rest.” Hayden still kept being polite, “I have
something else to do and I must go. See you next time.”
She was about to leave when she felt a jerk at her sleeve. She turned around, and her eyes met
Leon’s.
“When?” He was serious.

Now that he asked, she had to make an appointment with him.
“I would invite you to dinner after the shooting.”

“Anna, that’s the sweet handsome boy you mentioned before? But I think he’s too glib-tongued.”
Anna’s phone was filled with the snapped pictures of Leon, so she disagreed, “Hayden, you are still a
young woman, why do you think so? He is the dream man of young women now. I don’t think he’s a
glib talker. Don’t you think what he says are always pleasant?”
“Pleasant?”“He will say ‘you’re beautiful’, ’you’re young’, ‘you’re a nice guy’. Those are the words that other men

regardless of her appearance, intelligence, or personality.
Hayden asked Anna another question, “So what do you call those men who never pay women a
compliment?”
“How old they are?”

Playing her phone, Anna did not even raise her head and said two words, “Old bastard.”
Hayden sniggered and wholeheartedly agreed with this comment.
Perusing the financial statement in Downey Group, Joseph sneezed abruptly.
He frowned and then had a sip of his tea.
Suddenly, his phone received a message from Hayden.
“I have an appointment and will be home late.”
After glaring at her remark “Hayden Downey” for a moment, he changed it and then replied, “OK.”
Looking at the character, “sweetheart”, he was pleased at this new remark.

came from the same guy.”
“We can start by investigating Joann Group.” Joseph suggested.
