He Cried Like A Baby
Finally, with the effort of three men, they lifted the bottom of the coffin sufficiently to form a small
opening for a person to climb through. Then, he saw a woman with long hair and a red dress climb out
from it.
His eyes widened in shock.
“Sasha!” His exclaim reverberated throughout the room.
The woman that climbed out of the coffin was indeed Sasha. The very woman that Sebastian did not
hesitate to use the metal plates in his body to conduct nuclear waves to find her.
It turned out that she was alive.
Someone pushed her into the coffin right before the explosion.
Sasha lay on the floor and gasped when she saw the wreckage and destruction above her.
She almost lost her life here.
Devin watched her from the side. When her breathing finally calmed down, he helped her stand up
slowly.
“How were you stuck in the coffin? What happened here?” Devin asked.
“I…” Sasha suddenly remembered what happened when someone pushed her into the coffin. “The
explosive tied around my body activated suddenly. I wanted to run out of the room, but the door won’t
open. Then, Kingston suddenly untied the explosives from me and pushed me into this millennium
ebony coffin…”
At this point, Sasha suddenly realized that Kingston was missing.
Therefore, she quickly turned around to look for him, only to see a corpse with half of its parts missing
and a severed leg.
Furthermore, there were bloodied remains all over the place.
She began to retch but tried to stop herself from vomiting.
Unfortunately, she could not resist and vomited as she pressed her hand against her chest.
Devin did not know what to say to her.
However, just as he thought to say something, someone stumbled to the door.
It was Sebastian. He trembled violently upon seeing Sasha. His heart beat rapidly and pumped blood
all over his body, making him seem alive again.
“Darling!” He ran and stumbled into the room.
This tall and intimidating man suddenly seemed like a child when he rushed toward Sasha. Tears rolled
down from his eyes.
Sasha was still vomiting, but she stopped when she suddenly heard a familiar voice.
“Sebby…” She stood up and ran to Sebastian with tears flowing down her cheeks.
Soon, Sebastian finally reached Sasha. He pulled her hard into his embrace and hugged her tightly. It
seemed as if he was trying to mold her against his body.
“Thank… Thank God you’re alive. Darling, I swear that I’ll never let you out of my sight again.”
Sebastian continued to hug Sasha tightly.
He was a strong and intimidating man. However, at this moment, waves of emotions rolled deep within
him like turbulent waters, sweeping him away in joy, fear, and gratefulness.
Various emotions assailed him at once, causing his voice to quiver as he buried his face in her hair.
Sasha hugged him back tightly.
She pressed her face against his chest and listened to his strong and rapid heartbeat. She was unable
to calm down for a long time.
Death nearly separated them forever.
They remained in each other’s embrace for more than ten minutes. When Devin saw that Sebastian
and Sasha had become calmer, he interrupted, “Sebastian, this body is Kingston’s. What should we do
with him?”
Upon hearing Devin, Sasha turned in Sebastian’s embrace to look at the horrifying sight. Her face
instantly turned pale.
She bit her lips and forced her eyes to remain open.
“Sebby, can we bring him back? Thanks to him, I came out unscathed this time. He removed the
explosives from me and pushed me into the coffin. So, can we please bring him back to the Jadeson
residence? After all, he is a Jadeson,” Sasha pleaded with eyes full of tears.
She recognized Kingston as a Jadeson once more.
Previously, when Eddie abducted her and imprisoned her in the old Durant residence in Xenhall, she
was furious and disappointed to see Kingston there.
Throughout her imprisonment, she kept scolding him severely.
It was because what he did was a betrayal to all the Jadesons, including his mother.
Now, she wanted to bring him home. She had promised his mother to bring him back to the Jadeson
residence.
In the end, Sebastian agreed to her request.
Therefore, Devin wrapped up the body properly.
By the time they came out of the room, Eddie’s men were annihilated, and the museum guests had
long dispersed. At the same time, the local police force arrived.
Devin went to deal with them. After that, he brought Sebastian, Sasha, and his team back to
Jadeborough.
After a series of calamities, a hard-earned peace followed.
Sebastian sustained radiation from nuclear waves again, so he could not help but fall into a deep sleep
right after they boarded the plane.
