Pressing the doorbell, she heard noises inside, but no one answered.

you."
It was silent inside.
"Olivia?" Lily called out.
A response came, "Hold on."
They waited a while, and Lily was puzzled as to why it took Olivia so long to open the door.
Thankfully, it finally started to open.
Standing at the doorway, Olivia looked worn and had lost weight, making her bulging stomach even
more conspicuous.
Lily felt awful when she saw her like that.
"How come you’ve lost so much weight? Haven’t you rested well?"
Not answering, Olivia cleared her throat twice and asked, "Lily, why are you here?"
Lily was baffled by her attitude.
"Can't I come to visit you? Since when have things become so formal between us? What’s the matter
with you? You haven't called me lately, and what you said the last time-"
"You...Why are you here too?"
Olivia looked to her side as she listened to Lily, and her eyes went wide seeing Alexander.She
spontaneously tried to close the door.
Responding faster, Lily stepped forward and stopped her from shutting the door.
"Olivia, did something happen? Can you tell me what’s wrong? If you have anything to say, spit it
out.Don’t dilly- dally.You know how much I hate it!"
Lily grew upset.
She could tolerate Olivia throwing tantrums or even yelling at her, but she could not take it when the
woman did not express her anger clearly, and she had to guess what it was all about.
Unable to close the door and seeing Lily getting upset, Olivia let go of the door and turned to go inside.
