"So?"
Samuel loved the way that Nicole looked now, but he still couldn't understand what Nicole was trying to
say.
Rarely seeing Samuel like this, Nicole couldn't help but wrap her arms around his neck. She
whispered, "So I want us to solve problems together. You said that you were worried that Major might
hurt me, but I'm also worried about you and Lucas. Major said he will hurt me, but who knows if that
was a smokescreen? Perhaps his target was all of you, and he just wanted to confuse us. He is so
cunning that he most likely will do so. We'd better move to Grandpa's tomorrow, and we can stay with
everyone. It will be better for us to deal with Major together than alone, right?"
"But I don't want anyone to know about Lucas now."
This was what Samuel was most concerned about.
Lucas had a promising future. If this was exposed, he would be finished, or at least his military career
would be over.
Nicole whispered, "It's fine. We just tell them that Lucas has some special training, and it will be more

When Samuel heard Nicole's explanation, he thought it made sense, but he was still angry at Tim.

Blair's. Let's bring him back?"

Wendy and the others were back.

and then they went back to their rooms to pack their bags.
Samuel and Nicole put on their coats and drove to Blair's.
Gabrielle was sleeping. She often felt sleepy because she was pregnant.
Nicole didn't want to disturb her, so Nicole quietly entered the house.
Shortly after Lucas woke up from hypnosis, his face was pale and looked sick and weak.
Nicole was distressed to see Lucas in this state.
"Lucas, Are you OK?"
Lucas didn't expect his mom to come, so he was stunned for a moment. Then, he smiled weakly and
said, "Mommy, I'm fine."
Maddie was worried, and she handed him a glass of water.
Lucas smiled and thanked her. Lucas finished a whole glass of water.
Nicole was happy to see that Lucas and Maddie could get along well.
Because Lucas was too intelligent to make many friends. Now that he had such a good relationship
with Maddie, Nicole was glad for him.
"I know you're fine. So do you just want to be with Maddie?"
Nicole joked with Lucas.
Lucas said embarrassedly, "I did want to come over to see Maddie."
Maddie smiled gently. She slightly looked like Gabrielle.
It seemed that Maddie was influenced a lot by Blair and his wife.
Nicole said to Maddie, "Maddie, thank you for taking care of Lucas. Welcome to play at our home
anytime."
"OK."
Maddie nodded.
Lucas also held her hand and said, "I will come and visit during the New Year holiday."
"Sure."
Maddie was touched.
Lucas now looked like a normal kid. Nicole can't imagine what Lucas would look like after his
personality split.
She suppressed her emotions and said with a smile, "Lucas, we will move to Edwin's tomorrow and
stay there. Are you okay with that?"
"OK."
Lucas replied crisply.
Looking at his pale face, Nicole could not restrain her heartache.
"Well, my little guy. Now it's snowing outside. Let's go back and pack our things. The servants are on
vacation, and we'll have to move out by ourselves tomorrow."
"It's OK, Mommy. I can make it."
Lucas looked like a little man.
But the more thoughtful Lucas acted, the more Nicole felt distressed.
"OK, I know you are great, but sometimes you have to know you are a kid. You should know that I also
need some opportunities to show myself. At least I must let you know I am not a useless mom, okay?"
Nicole said tenderly.
Lucas was a little embarrassed.

Thinking that Lucas might have something to talk with Maddie, Nicole got up, smiled and said, "Lucas,
I'm going out to make a phone call, finish it with Maddie as fast as you can, okay?"
"OK. Thank you, Mom."
Lucas smiled gently. How can you say that he has a dissociative identity disorder from his obedient
appearance?
Nicole sighed and left the room.
She took out her phone and opened Twitter. She immediately found that Olivia's album had become a
trending topic and got lots of positive reviews.
It was not high on the trending list. But it was okay.
Nicole called Olivia.
Olivia might be busy and no one answered the phone for a long time.
Nicole was a little disappointed suddenly.
Everyone was struggling for their dreams, while she enjoyed a comfortable life as a full-time wife.
'This was not good.'
Nicole shook her head in self-deprecation. She swore that she would strive, and would not get lost in
Samuel's sweet words anymore.
