Samuel picked up Nicole.
She thought at first that they were going back to the lounge, but she soon found themselves in the
mountain.
"Where are we going?"
Nicole looked around and asked.
Samuel smiled and answered, "Dare to run off with me?"
"We are married with children. What are you talking about?"
Nicole sensed an air of self-indulgence in Samuel.
Samuel laughed out loud.
"Who said you can't run off if you have children? Leave alone the children! Let's run away, just two of
us."
"Nonsense."
Nicole didn't even want to argue, but the smile remained on her face.
After a few steps, Nicole saw a waterfall splashing down from above.
"We are at the Nine Dragons Pool?"
Nicole remembered that the lake was too small to create a waterfall.
Samuel said cheerfully, "Yes, the waterfall behind the Nine Dragons Pool."
"Really? What a beautiful scenery! I thought the Nine Dragons Pool was simply nine small pools with a
legend."
"Let's go in and take a look."
Hearing his words, Nicole was stunned for a moment.
"Go in? Are you joking? This is a waterfall!"
There must be something wrong with Samuel, she thought.
However, Samuel directly asked someone to bring over two disposable raincoats. After they put them
on, he held Nicole's hand and walked over.

"Is this hot spring water?"

Nicole could felt her heartbeat.
Her affections towards this man seemed like the vintage wine: the longer it was kept, the better it
tastes.
"Stop looking at me. There's plenty of time for you to do so later in your life. Now mind the slippery
road."
Samuel's words instantly brought back Nicole's thoughts, and she blushed.
'He noticed my gaze.'
'So embarrassing.'
Fortunately, the gentle darkness was the best cover for her blush.
Nicole grabbed Samuel's hand and walked step by step through the rocks below. Nearer and nearer
came the waterfall.
"If only there was a camera."
Nicole considered it a pity.
The vehement waterfall was going to wet the phone. If she used phone to take pictures, it certainly
would not be worth the candle.
"I'll find someone to shoot for us tomorrow."
Samuel did not turn down Nicole's suggestion.
"Really?"
Nicole always knew that Samuel didn't like to take photos and she had to do so secretly. She did not
expect that Samuel would agree at this moment. She was overwhelmed with joy.
"I remember our wedding photos were taken in a hurry. So if you like, I can ask the photography team
to take trip shoot of our family from tomorrow on. Trip-shooting seems popular these days?"
Nicole was shocked again.
"You even know trip-shooting? It seems that Mr. Green has improved a lot!"
"Of course. Gotta keep up with my wife, right?"
Samuel's brazenness seemed very new to Nicole.
Nicole paddled in the water for a while. Luckily, the temperature was agreeable, otherwise Samuel

After a while, the couple preceded into the waterfall.
"Samuel, are you sure we can get behind this waterfall?"

The rush of water almost choked Nicole. When she took a deep breath and got inside the waterfall,
everything was suddenly lightened up.
Behind the waterfall was a stone road.
"Wow, inside was like a different world."
Because of the hot spring water, the cave was rather warm. Nicole even felt hot in her down jacket.
"Where does this lead to?"
Nicole asked curiously in a heady pleasure.
"I thought it can only happen in the novel!"
Nicole talked and talked, like a cheerful child.
"Novel? What novel?"
Samuel paused for a while and then asked.
Nicole smiled and answered, "Secret."
She then quickly went inward.
After a hundred meters or so, a parterre suddenly appeared in front of them.
There were various kinds of flowers and they were all breathtakingly beautiful.
Behind the parterre was a stone house with a total of four rooms. It looked like a paradise.
"Are we staying here tonight?"
Nicole looked at Samuel in disbelief and immediately cheered up when she saw him nodding.
"Amazing! Am I still in dream? Pinch me!"
Nicole's acting stupid caused Samuel to laugh out loud.
"Mommy, Daddy, you are here too?"
Zoe, Lucas and Joseph ran out of the house with their face flushed red. They were wearing light
clothes, but Nicole knew that it wasn't cold here.
Because of the hot spring, the temperature here could be around 20 degrees. Light clothes were
perfect.
"When did the children come?"
"Some time earlier."
Samuel held Nicole's hand and walked into the house.
The decoration was very simple, and there were even creepers on the walls outside. Everything was so
agreeable and pleasing to the eye.
"I could live here forever."
This triggered Samuel another round of laughter.
"Then we probably won't fit in after we get out."
The couple went to the master bedroom.
Zoe wanted to say something to Nicole, but she was then dragged out by Lucas and Joseph.
"Take a hint! Didn't you see that you were unwanted there?"
Zoe pouted at Lucas' words.
"You're the unwanted one!"
The little girl jumped onto the bed.
This was a slate bed with hot spring water flowing below. It was so warm and comfortable.
Nicole and Samuel sat on the bed and looked around at the modern furniture in the room. Nicole
asked, "This is the only house here. If there are other visitors, it wouldn't fit."
"I'm the one who built this. So only me and my family can live here."
Nicole was stunned.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean that the entire mountain belongs to me and of course you, my wife. If others want to visit, they
can buy tickets to go climbing. As for the construction inside, they have no access to that."
Samuel explained to Nicole patiently and her eyes were wide open.
He kissed her and then continued, "There's also a hot spring pool behind. You can go there if you want
a bath. Don't worry, it's a single one."
Nicole was still in amazement. So she subconsciously nodded as a response.
It wasn't until Samuel left the room that she recovered her senses.
What?
The entire mountain belonged to him?
No wonder he wasn't afraid that someone would come in and see him.
Thinking of Samuel's current situation, Nicole thought that it would be good if they could stay here for a
month or so. After all, this place was so poetic and picturesque. She liked here very much.
Not long after, Samuel picked some fruits from outside and came in.
"They were all self-plant, no pesticide left. Have a try."
Samuel placed the fruit on the table.
Nicole was a little worried about the children. Samuel said, "They have everything we have. Don't
worry, just eat yours."
Nicole then started to eat.
It was all her favorite fruits. Nicole was eating while Samuel was peeling. What a harmonious scene!
Soon Nicole got full.
"I'm so full now."
The couple looked into each other's eyes and smiled. Then, they lay on the bed.
"Wanna see the stars?"
"Isn't this a cave?"
Nicole felt that Samuel was joking with her.
Samuel turned off the wall lamp, and by a flip of the switch, the ceiling instantly changed.
Stars flickered in the deep sky, and constellations could even be seen.
Nicole was amazed.

"Good."

Samuel held Nicole in his arms and looked at the starry sky above. His face lit up with a smile.
