"Samuel, what are you doing?"
Tim just overheard the relationship between Samuel and Phoenix. Now Nicole was pregnant, and
Phoenix was with Davon. He just came over to see Nicole, but he didn't expect to see Samuel and
Phoenix holding together.
This was simply too much!
Did Samuel cheat on Nicole when she was just pregnant?
The fox preyed farthest from home. But Samuel screwed with Phoenix. Didn't he know that Phoenix
was Davon's wife?
Tim rushed towards Samuel in anger, which frightened Phoenix.
Phoenix had just cried. Seeing Tim coming to Samuel aggressively, she subconsciously turned around
and stood in front of Samuel.
"What are you doing?"
Tim was about to punch Phoenix's face, but he stopped.
"Piss off!"
His voice was cold.
Samuel soon realized that Tim had misunderstood and whispered, "It's not what you think. Phoenix is
my sister."
"Bullshit! I saw you holding each other. How can you do this to Nicole?"
Tim was furious. But Phoenix was in front of Samuel, so he could not teach Samuel a lesson.
Only then did Phoenix realize what she had just done.
"Sorry, I was in a bad mood just now. I was emotional. It has nothing to do with Mr. Green."
Phoenix looked at Samuel embarrassedly.
Samuel said, "I said you are my sister."
"Bullshit..."
"Tim!"
Samuel interrupted Tim.
Samuel looked sullen, and his voice was cold.
Tim had seen Samuel like this when he tried to protect Nicole. Now Samuel treated him like this just for
Phoenix. Tim was irritated.
Just as Tim was about to say something, Samuel said to Phoenix, "Get on the plane and leave. If
anything happens to you, try to discuss it with Davon. You can count on him in Country F. And I believe
that Davon is not such a superficial person. If he were, he would not have married you. Don't think too
much. Just follow your heart. Phoenix, you can create your happiness. No one else can give it to you,
nor can they help you. You should make a decision. If you want Davon to be with you, you have to face
something."
Samuel's words struck Phoenix and she was enlightened.
Samuel was right.
She was now Davon's wife, not Princess Inez of Country F. Leo was her father, but so what? As long
as Davon believed her and loved her, she would love him with all her heart.
"Mr. Green, I got it. I don't know when I'll be back. Please take good care of Nicole."
"Sure. When you come back, we will get together again. At that time, I will Davon give you one terrific
wedding. You belong to the Green family. You deserve it."
Samuel's words made Phoenix wept again.
"Mr. Green!"
"Just call me Samuel."
Samuel opened his arms and held Phoenix in front of Tim. He patted her shoulder gently and said in a
soft voice, "You're my family. No one dares to bully you. Nicole and I won't let that happen. Remember,
you are Phoenix from now on. You are my sister."
Phoenix cried so hard that she could hardly bring out a word.
Tim rubbed his nose. Hearing their conversation, he realized that he might misunderstand Samuel.
Samuel and Phoenix ignored Tim. Samuel sent someone to escort Phoenix to Country F.
When the plane took off, Samuel glared at Tim.
Tim rubbed his nose and said, "What's your relationship?"
"Are you deaf? Don't you hear what we said?"
Samuel pushed the wheelchair and left.
Tim followed behind and help Samuel pushed his wheelchair, saying, "You fell into each other's arms.
Of course, I misunderstood."
"So you're blind."
"God, Samuel, will you stop? Don't think I am truly afraid of you. Or I'll tell Nicole about this."
Tim felt that Samuel just ignored him.
When Samuel thought of Nicole, he stopped and said, "If I had an affair with Phoenix, I would have
been with her instead of waiting this long. And, don't tell Nicole about this."
"Why? You must feel guilty. Otherwise, why are you hiding it from Nicole?"
Hearing Tim's words, Samuel was speechless.
"I don't understand. Why hasn't the Louis Group gone bankrupt with you?"
"Samuel, stop taunting me. I know you're mocking me for being silly. You didn't tell me. How do I know
what's going on? Nicole is my sister. And you had another woman in your arms. Why can’t I ask about
it?"
Tim said righteously.
Thinking that Tim did it for the sake of Nicole, Samuel told Tim everything about Phoenix and him, as
well as the things about Eason.
Tim finally understood why Samuel took Phoenix as his younger sister.
Phoenix's current position in the Don family was too awkward.
Although Davon did not care about Phoenix's identity, it would help if Samuel took Phoenix as his sister
so that Phoenix became the daughter of the Green family.
"So that's it is. Poor girl. How about I take her as my sister? There are not so many people in my family
anyway."
Hearing Tim's words, Samuel paused for a moment, and then he whispered, "Do you think anyone can
be Phoenix's brother? You're not qualified."
"Samuel, you want a fight, do you? Don't think that I will take care of you just because you're disabled
now, I'm telling you..."
Tim was still chattering. Samuel pushed the wheelchair and left with a faint smile.
Tim was always warm-hearted.
Nicole didn't know what they did outside. Evelyn brought a lot of supplements to Nicole, which made
Nicole feel embarrassed.
"Come on, Evelyn. I'm just pregnant. This is too much."
Nicole frowned.
Evelyn smiled and said, "Tim bought those for me after my miscarriage. I hate to see them go to waste.
Just finish these things for me. Besides, you're not that healthy. It's good for you and your child."
"But it's too much."
Nicole looked at the pile of supplements and felt helpless.
"It's fine. You don't need to cook them by yourself."
Hearing this, Nicole felt like weeping but had no tears.
That's not what she's worried about. She just didn't want to eat too much.
With such a lot of supplements, she had to eat for a long time. And she must gain weight for that.
"Alright, since you've decided to have this child, you should take good care of yourself. If you were in
bad health, how could you make sure the child gets enough nutrition? Nicole, honestly, I envy you. You
should cherish what you have."
A trace of sadness flashed through Evelyn's eyes.
Nicole hurriedly held her hand and said, "Evelyn, three years are short."
"I know. Compared to those women who can't get pregnant, I'm lucky."
Hearing Evelyn's words, Nicole thought of Phoenix and Olivia.
She whispered, "Phoenix just left. I wonder if you've met her or not. I'll introduce you to her when I get
the chance. She's very nice."
"OK."
Evelyn thought that it was okay to know a new friend. She knew Nicole had been a good judge of
character.
Nicole smiled. They began to chat.
Seeing that their wives were having a lovely chat, Samuel and Tim went to the study.
"How is your health?"
Although Samuel liked to bicker with Tim, he cared about Tim's health, especially when he heard
Evelyn say that she could not have a child until three years later. Samuel couldn't help but feel pity for
Tim.
"Still the same. You know, it takes time to clean up the poison."
A trace of coldness flashed through Tim's eyes.
Major died horribly, but it was not enough for him.
If he could punish Major, he would have cut Major into pieces.
Samuel understood how Tim felt and whispered, "Davon probably more skilled than Blair. I'll let him
take a look at you later. Perhaps you don't have to wait for three years."
"You mean that girl's husband, William's son, Davon?"
"Didn't you know him?"
"But I never get in touch with him."
Tim did not have any contact with Davon. If it weren't for Nicole, he wouldn't even know who he was.
Samuel smiled and said, "It doesn't matter. There will be a lot of chance."
Tim suddenly thought of something and said, "Samuel, you should agree me to take that girl as my
sister. If I were Davon's brother-in-law, I don't need to beg him. Maybe he will volunteer to help me.
Yes, I have to take that girl as my sister. It's a deal."
Samuel looked at Tim as if Tim was a fool. He said indifferently, "Phoenix doesn't know you at all. And
you almost beat her just now. What makes you think that you could be her brother?"
Samuel's words struck Tim.
"Well, I can get to know her again."
"Stop it. You had better take good care of yourself rather than caring about this. By the way, the Louis
Group doesn't perform well recently. What the hell are you doing?"
Hearing Samuel's words, Tim was immediately shocked.
"Holy shit, why do you care about Louis Group so much? Samuel, I'm telling you, I'm your uncle-in-law.
Don't mess my business up."
"Idiot."
Samuel didn't want to talk to him. They were not thinking about the same thing at all. He threw a file
folder to Tim and said indifferently, "Take a look at the land of this tender. If you have enough money,
you can think about it. I have inside information that the government will start planning for this place
next year. If you buy this land now, then what will happen? I think you know what I mean."
Tim's eyes lit up immediately.
"Holy shit. Why didn't you tell me earlier if you had any inside information? I don't have any money left,
but you do. Hurry up and lend me 100 million, please."
It sounded that Tim took it for granted. It made Samuel's lips twitch involuntarily.
Tim was really cheeky.
