If Winnie wanted to pretend that nothing happened, at least she should showed her original attitude.
"And you, did you eat?"
"No, I've been waiting for you."
Brian had not had dinner. He was waiting for Winnie to come back, hoping to make up for the regret of
not being able to accompany her yesterday.
"Oh, I'm sorry, you didn't call me. I didn't know you were waiting for me."
"You must be hungry, ask the secretary to prepare lunch for you."
Actually, Winnie had not had dinner yet. She came back to the company after sending Luke to Oscar,
and then she was busy at work. She did not have time to eat.
She told Brian that she had dinner because she didn't want to have lunch with him. She was
disappointed and angry.
"I was busy with work last night, so I didn't bother you but went back to the suburbs. I was so busy that
I forgot to call you and tell you when to go to the hospital.
Brian felt that Winnie was angry with him. After all, he neglected too many things last night, so he
wanted to explain.
"It's okay. Even if you didn't tell me, I still took Luke to the hospital. It is your liberty to go wherever you
want to go."
Winnie said with a smile. She was clam on face but in heart.
Brian's explanation for Winnie, who knew everything, was pointless, but it made the result worse.
He was busy at work, but suburb was farther than her home. Was he so busy that he could not call
her?
He had something in mind and could not face her, so he chose to return to the suburbs. He didn't even
think about making a call to her.

Brian wanted to say sorry but hesitated, because Winnie did not like him to say sorry.
“Did Oscar go to your home last night?”
Brian asked.
He had heard what Luke said in the hospital. But Winnie was in a hurry to leave that he had no chance
to ask.
"Yes, he did not want to cook, so he came for dinner."

"By the way, don't go to my home tonight. My aunt is back, you can't be there."

shameless I am if I go with you."
Winnie felt suffocated and had to take a deep breath to relieve herself.
"Go back and ask your secretary to prepare lunch for you. We'll talk about it later."
Winnie indirectly asked him to leave, at this moment she could not continue to talk with him.
She did not understand the purpose of Brian's coming here. She felt that he was coming to apologize,

After Brian left in depression, Winnie sent a message to her aunt.
"Aunt, come back, I miss you and Vanessa."

"I have booked your tickets for tomorrow. Come back."

relationship and she did not know when it would melt.
The next day Isobel and Vanessa really came back. Winnie went to the airport to pick them at noon.
At Winnie's home.
"Sister, Megan and Luke are still in the suburbs? I go and pick them up."
Vanessa looked for the children as she walked into the house. She had not seen the two children for
many days and missed them terribly, otherwise she would not have come back even if her sister had
booked the plane ticket.
"Megan is staying with his grandfather and aunt in the suburbs. She will be back in the evening. Luke
will go to Oscar's class, and I will bring him back when I get off work."
Winnie knew her aunt and Vanessa missed the children, but now it was special. If she pick up the
children now, Felix would be angry.

Wendy first gave self-reflection, only when she had a sincere attitude and admitted her mistakes,
Brian’s hatred to her could be weakened and it was likely that he would forgive her.
"Brian, I have accepted the fact that we broke up. I will not bother you and Winwin any more."
Wendy stopped at this, lifted her eyes to see Brian and then continued.
"There's one more thing I want to tell you today, Klara..."
"Speak your own business, not others."

Klara.
"Brian, I hope you would give me a chance to speak. It's not Klara's fault, she just helped me. I I
threatened her that if she did not help, I would make her leave the Bennet Group. I couldn't make Klara
involved because of my selfishness."
Wendy took all the responsibility, and even make it worse. Only in this way could Klara get her job
back.
"Why are you selfish if you knew that she would be involved? Should I believe you, Wendy?"
Brian did not believe her, because he knew Klara well. If she had been threatened, she would have told
him. It was impossible that she was quiet.

now I know I have hurt many people because of my selfishness, and Klara is one of them."
"She's having a hard time with four elderly people and a child to raise. Without the job, she felt
insecure. And they still don't know she lost her job."

"Klara leaves home when it is time to go to work and goes home when it is off work every day. She's
been wandering around all day for fear the elderly found out the truth."
"I feel guilty for her, so I come to you. I hope you can give her another chance."
