Hey, My Twins Babies Chapter 759 Not Understanding the World of Grown-ups

Prev Chapter Next Chapter

Brian stopped eating dumplings and looked at Winnie. He didn't know what it was, so he didn't give an

answer.

"What I want most is for me to be picked up quickly so that I can prove I'm not garbage. Even though I

am abandoned by you, but there is a man wants me."

Winnie didn’t know why she said that. She did not want to talk about relationship, but she actually

mentioned it.

She had broken up with Brian, why she still could not control her language?

"Winwin, you're not garbage, I am. You're the best woman in the world, and I hurt you, and I lost you so

I'm the worst person."

"I..."

Brian was heartbroken to hear what Winnie said. When he misunderstood Winnie, he did really hate

Winnie, but he never said she was garbage, never thought she was worthless.

"The things that can be lost are generally not cherished or valued. Since I am nothing to you, don't try

to get me back. What you do not cherish may be a treasure in someone else's hands, so let me feel

like a treasure in someone else's."

Winnie made up her mind to reject Brian. She was full of strength, full of fighting spirit, but her heart

was tired.

She didn't want to have anything to do with the Bennet family, or her heart would die one day.

"Winwin, give me a chance to talk. I......"

Every time Brian was to say the point, he was interrupted by Winnie. Although he was wrong, there

were still too many words to tell Winnie.

He just wanted Winnie to give him a chance to speak.

He wanted to tell Winnie that he could not give up her, he would hold her in his hands as a treasure. He

also wanted to tell her that she was the most important thing in his life, that there was no sun in his

world without her.

Winnie, however, did not give him a chance to speak.

"I'm going to get another beer."

Winnie said and walked to the refrigerator.

She opened the refrigerator and took out several beers.

Then she sat back and said while opening the bottle.

"Let bygones be bygones. Let's not talk about it."

"I will give you another glass, and I'll drink the rest. Tonight we'll just drink and not talk."

Winnie did not want to mention the past and did not want Brian to talk about future.

Brian sighed again. At this moment even if he had thousands of words, he could only respect Winnie

and said no words.

The next day.

Maybe they got tired from yesterday, all four of them got up late this morning.

Of the four, two kids got up early. They opened their eyes and didn't see their father or mother, so they

got out of bed to find their father.

As the two kids stood by their father's bed, they couldn't understand what they were seeing.

They looked at each other, confused.

"Mom and Dad are good now?"

Megan whispered to her brother. In the past she would have jumped for joy. But after mom and dad

broke up several times, Megan was not sure it was the fact.

"I don’t think is, Mom was so adamant yesterday."

Luke did not understand, either.

Mom and Dad slept in the same bed under a quilt. Mom lay in Dad's arms, resting her head on his arm,

looking harmonious and natural, as if nothing had happened, as if the family of four were still together.

"What is going on? I don't understand the world of grown-ups."

Megan said and turned out. Luke followed her.

"They drank."

Megan pointed to the table with bottles on it.

Luke also saw that.

"That's the alcohol."

Luke thought mom and dad were good not, but he was disappointed seeing that.

"Brother, I am hungry. Let's get mom and Dad up."

Megan said. She did not know how to cook and she was hungry, so she had to wake up mom and dad.

"Ok, there's no hope anyway."

Luke agreed, since two people had not reconciled.

The two kids went back to the bedside.

Megan stretched out her hand and pushed her mother, calling softly.

"Mom, Mom, get up."

Winnie vaguely heard that Megan called her, but she was sleepy, so she did not know what was going

on.

"Mom, it's nine o’clock. Brother and I are hungry."

Megan shook her mother twice.

Hearing that, Winnie opened her eyes.

"Hungry? Sorry, baby, I overslept."

Winnie said while stretching, and when she accidentally touched Brian, she found that she was

sleeping in the arms of Brain.

She sat up with all her might.

"I will get breakfast for you."

Flustered, Winnie got out of bed, but she was relieved when she realized she was still wearing

pajamas.

All she remembered last night was drinking, and forgotten how she slept in the arms of Brain.

"Bring me breakfast. I'm hungry, too."

When Winnie took two kids to go, Brian opened his eyes and said he was hungry.

Hearing the voice of Brian, Winnie was embarrassed, but she went directly to the kitchen.

Because the kids did not like the breakfast provided by the hotel, Winnie could only cook for them.

While cooking, Winnie still thought about what happened last night.

She remembered that neither of them spoke, and she hadn't had too much drink, how could she not

know what happen next.

Was she in a bad mood, overwhelmed by a little alcohol, or was she too tired to remember what

happened last night?

So the next question was whether Brian forced her to sleep in the same bed with him, or whether she

herself got into Brian's bed.

She could not figure out the answer, but Winnie was sure that she had a sound sleep since she had

broken up with Brain.

No matter what identity Brian used to be, no matter whether he liked her or not, she felt very secure

when sleeping in a bed with him, and she could sleep soundly without worrying about anything.

In the evening, especially when she was alone, she would worry that Richard would suddenly seek

revenge and that this night would be her last night in the world.

Anyway, he allowed her a good sleep last night.

As Winnie was busy with breakfast, the doorbell rang. She was about to put down her kitchen utensils

and open the door, but Brian volunteered.

"I'll open the door."

Brian had got up for a while. He had been quietly watching Winnie cooking breakfast. Then he went to

open the door.

When he opened the door, he found it was a hotel worker.

"What kind of breakfast would you like, Sir?"

The waiter asked politely.

"No, We'll prepare it ourselves."

"When will it be convenient to clean the room?"

The waiter continued.

"I'll contact you when it's convenient."

Then Brian closed the door.

Last night he had arranged all the things, intended to spend the whole day with the kids and Winnie, so

he wasn't sure when the room would be cleaned.

When Brian turned around, Megan ran to him.

"Dad, it's raining. Can't we go out to play today?"

"Raining? Let's go out when the rain stops."

Brian looked out of the window, and as expected, it was raining heavily.

"What if it doesn't stop raining?"

Megan continued to ask dad.

"We'll play at home if it doesn't stop raining. I will stay with you all day."

Brian promised. Even if there is something unexpected, he would not leave the kids and Winnie.

"Great, if it doesn't stop raining, shall we make dumplings?"

Megan just wanted to make dumplings with her mother. Thinking of that the family of four had fun in

this room, she was joyful, smiling from ear to ear.

"Well, that's a good idea. We will have breakfast first, and then we will go to the supermarket to get

some ingredients for dumplings."

Brian agreed with her idea. He hoped that the rain would not stop, so that Winnie could cook for him.

"Well, it's a deal. We've never been to the supermarket together. Dad, I'm going to sit in the shopping

cart like the other kids and you push me, okay?"

This was the greatest pleasure for Megan. She had envied the happiness of other kids being pushed

by their fathers in the supermarket, and today she finally had a chance to try it, which was much more

enjoyable than spending a day at the amusement park.

At this moment, she hoped that the rain did not stop too.

It was also raining in B City.

Rainy weather made people lazy and want to lie in bed to sleep.

Emily had class today, but she did not want to move but to stay in bed.

Leo did not go to work today, since knowing Emily was pregnant, he was not in the mood to work and

always worried that Emily would abort the baby.

Regardless of Emily's opposition, he came to Emily's home. If Emily was willing to give him the

opportunity, he would like to talk with Emily.

From Emily’s mother, he learnt that Emily did not eat breakfast but had been lying in bed, so Leo came

directly to Emily's room.

"Didn't I tell you not come?"

Emily was annoyed to see Leo, because she would think what she would do about the child.

"I am worried about you. If you hate me, you can pretend you don't see me. I'll sit here for a while and

then go."
