The Medallion Chapter 1361 Rocky's Worries

"It has nothing to do with you," Rocky exclaimed with narrowed eyes. As soon as he returned, he

learned about the news that Alyssa was the one who took Lena away.

"What the hell are you planning, Alyssa?" Rocky mumbled to himself. At that moment, he could not

contain his anger that he even scared little Nigel off Sue's arms, making him cry.

Of course, Sue immediately tried to soothe Nigel. But Rocky only looked straight past them as his

thoughts flew over to somewhere else.

Meanwhile, right outside the walls of the Imperial City, Alyssa and Lena had returned to the Holy

Dragon Empire.

At that moment, in the Spiritual King Hall, Alston was beyond thrilled to see Alyssa take Lena back.

However, Lena's face turned sour as soon as she saw Alston.

"Lena, you're finally back!" Alston exclaimed enthusiastically and rushed towards Lena.

"I'd rather die than have you near me," Lena threatened and scowled at him.

Hearing this, Alston stopped in his tracks. He knew very well that Lena was capable of doing what she

had just threatened him with.

"Your Majesty, now is the time for you to fulfill your promise!" Alyssa reminded as she looked at Alston

with glistening eyes.

He glanced back at Alyssa and then turned to Dean, saying, "Issue an imperial edict that all our forces

will be handed over to Alyssa's commander. Do it at once."

Without hesitation, Dean took the order from Alston and left the palace in a hurry.

"Good. A deal's a deal. Then I won't disturb you anymore." After finishing her words, Alyssa met Lena's

eyes once more and turned away.

Not long after, Alston dismissed all the people in the Spiritual King Hall, leaving him and Lena with

some privacy.

"Oh, Lena, I've searched everywhere for you! You don't know how long I've been looking for you. I

missed you so much!" Alston said in an apparent affectionate tone.

"You very well know that we can't be together. Alston, I love Basil," Lena replied indifferently.

"I don't mind. Not at all. I may not get your heart, but I sure can get your body, and that's enough. And

for as long as you are not with that guy, I will be satisfied," Alston said as a sinister smile crept his evil

face.

"You're nothing but a freak! Get off me!" Lena screamed furiously.

"This is perfect. Now that you are in my hands, Basil will most certainly be driven off his wits. When that

happens, he'll go falling for my trap," Alston said slyly.

"I'd rather have myself killed than let you threaten Basil. I won't let you use me as the bait." Hearing

Alston's plan of using her to catch Basil, Lena was angry and frustrated. Soon after, her whole body

shone with golden light. Her meridians might have been sealed by Alyssa, but she was capable of

killing both her and Alston in one blow.

"Lena, listen to me. I'm no longer the old Alston you used to know, and I won't be too polite to you

anymore." Alston furrowed his brows and waved his hand. In the blink of an eye, a myriad of shadows

shot out, tangling Lena in an instant.

Not long after, Lena felt a piercing kind of pain all over her body. Moreover, the golden light on her body

disappeared. She was in immense pain, but her tantalizing eyes were still glaring directly at Alston.

"Guards! Take her and send her back to the Witch Palace. As soon as I am done with what I am doing,

we shall hold an extravagant and grand wedding. Do not hold back with the preparation! Hahaha..."

Alston laughed with abandon as if nothing else would go wrong with his plan.

Meanwhile, Rocky found out that Alyssa had taken Lena back to the Palace City. This only meant that

Lena had fallen into Alston's hands. Just the thought made his blood boil in anger.

"This is unexpected. I never thought that Alyssa would take Lena away just so she could deal with you.

Has she gone mad?" Marcia said with a grave expression on her face. She had rushed back to Eternity

City upon hearing the news. She didn't expect that Alyssa would be so vicious and merciless to take

Lena away and give her to Alston. Apparently, she was aiming at Rocky.

At that moment, nothing seemed to matter to Rocky aside from Lena's welfare. He clenched his fist in

anger and banged it on the table, along with his eyes full of killing intent. Although he knew that Alston

would not hurt Lena, he was still very certain that this was another trap that Alston set for him again.

Only this time, the plan involved Lena as the bait. However, Rocky was also aware that Lena was the

kind of woman who would never sit still. Instead, she was determined and fierce enough to defend

herself and fight with all her might. Even worse, he was worried that Lena might even fight against

Alston to the death.

"Hey, Alston won't let anything happen to Lena. Don't worry, okay?" Marcia comforted as she saw the

worry and anxiety going through Rocky's mind.

However, Rocky's eyes only grew colder after hearing Marcia's supposedly consoling words. If this

situation ever happened in the past, he would have mindlessly rushed to the Palace City and rescued

Lena. But things were different now. He was aware that if he acted without thinking first, he would most

certainly face unimaginable consequences. After all, he could not afford to act impulsively and have

another crisis in his hands. And besides, Alston's strength was not what it used to be. Now, he was

more powerful than ever. It was obvious that it would not be that easy for Rocky to save Lena from

Alston this time around. This was why, after careful consideration, he could not act on impulse no

matter how much he wanted to save Lena from Alston's hands.

"Now, the most important thing is to ensure the safety of Sue and Nigel. We have to move, pronto. We

can't stay in one place for a long time anymore," Rocky remarked as he waved his sleeve and left.

Since the Eternity City had been exposed, Rocky was worried that Alston would take action soon, so

he ordered all the spirit manipulators stationed in the city to move to towns that were relatively safe.

With that being said, he prepared all their things and left the city with Sue and Nigel.

After a day, Rocky took Sue and Nigel to the new territory of the Dragon Master Clan in the Dragon

Wing Valley.

There, Moira greeted the family with a little bit of surprise on her face. After Rocky explained the

purpose of his abrupt visit, Moira said, "I see. We will do everything to take care of this lady and your

child. This place should be safe. Your family is in good hands."

"Thank you so much for this, Moira." Rocky lowered his head a little as a sign of gratitude and respect.

"Oh, and before I forget. Someone came here and asked me about you a few days ago," Moira blurted

out to Rocky as she suddenly remembered that instance.

"Did you get a name? Who was it?" Rocky's eyes narrowed in suspicion.

"Who else can it be? It's the little girl you brought back here before. Unfortunately for her, you turned a

blind eye to her after you threw her to me," Moira said in a disapproving tone.

"Oh, you mean Harriet?" Rocky quickly understood. Ever since he brought Harriet back, he did not ask

anything about her because he was assured that Moira would take good care of her for him.

"She should be training her legendary guardian beast now. Why don't you go to the training ground and

say hi?" Moira encouraged.

Afterwards, Rocky looked at Sue and said, "Sue, you and Nigel will stay here indefinitely. I have my full

trust that Moira will take good care of you."

As a response, Sue nodded obediently while holding Nigel in her arms.

Soon, Rocky turned around and left for the training ground of the Dragon Master Clan.

When he got there, the training ground was full of excited people from the Dragon Master Clan.

Rocky looked at the surroundings and decided to approach two beasts fighting directly under their

masters' command. One of the beasts had fur that was as white as snow, covering every inch of its

gigantic horse-like body. Its head resembled that of a sheep's, and it emitted a strong freezing cold

power that formed a swirling snow mist around its body. It seemed to be just an adult, but it exuded the

aura of a legendary guardian beast. Rocky took a closer look at its owner, Harriet.

Her beast was the Snow Master Clan's legendary guardian beast—the Flying Snow Horse.

At that time, the opponent of the Flying Snow Horse was a five-star guardian beast, which was quite

powerful. Despite its rank, in front of the newly matured Flying Snow Horse, the five-star guardian

beast appeared to be completely restrained. In fact, the fight did not last long as the five-star guardian

beast soon fell on the ground with a loud thud.
