Rocky named the diabolic beast after his former spiritual beast, Rubygon. It had fought with him side by

side while he was still in his original world, and of course, he treasured it very much. Hence, the first

time he saw the beast, he decided to name it after Rubygon.

"Wait. Where did it come from?" Valeria asked in surprise. There had been a lot of crazy things that

were happening inside the Ghostly Demon Land, and this one was obviously also one of them.

"It's a long story! I promise I'll tell you about it later. However, we have a more pressing matter to deal

with. We can't waste any time here. Let's go!" Rocky knew that time was not on their side. Once Enoch

and the mysterious woman from the demonic race arrived at the Demon Sealing Palace before them,

there would be some dire consequences.

Fortunately, Mikayla was able to send Rubygon to Rocky at the perfect timing. With the diabolic beast's

strength, Rocky had a very reliable helper to easily confront any danger that would come their way.

Understanding what Rocky was talking about, Valeria immediately nodded and set aside her curiosity

for now. Then, the two of them hopped on Rubygon's back. This way, their travel towards the Demon

Sealing Palace would be much faster.

Meanwhile, in Enoch's camp, a high-level Spiritual Emperor walked into the prince's tent, carrying a

golden slate.

At this time, the demoness was also inside the tent.

"Your Highness, we found some clues regarding the location of the Demon Sealing Palace!" The

Spiritual Emperor was actually a bit excited since they finally found a clue that would lead them to their

goal.

"Clues? What are they?" the demoness asked as her eyebrow raised.

Immediately after, the Spiritual Emperor handed the golden slate over to Enoch.

Upon looking at it, Enoch noticed that it contained various engraved patterns, which were similar to

what could be seen in topographic maps. Then, he handed it over to the demoness and asked, "Look

at this. Is this some sort of a map that will lead us to the Demon Sealing Palace?"

"Hmm. That is very possible. After the ancestors of the Shura Race sealed Phillip's soul, they lived

near the palace for quite some time. This is to ensure that they could quickly act in case the soul

causes any kind of turmoil. So, if my guess is right, that is a relic left by them. However, at a glance,

you can already notice that it is incomplete. There should be other pieces of it nearby. Expand the area

where you search to find other pieces of the map as soon as possible. If we can complete it, the

location of the palace will be in our hands!" the demoness replied with a grin on her face. Her eyes lit

up as she looked at the golden slate. At this point, she could feel that she was just a few steps behind

before she could fulfill her ultimate goal.

On the other hand, Zain's team was actually in the same area as Enoch's team. Moreover, they also

found a piece of golden slate, which was supposed to be a part of the topographic map. Assuming that

it was a clue that could lead to the Demon Sealing Palace, Zain ordered his men to look for more

golden slates that were scattered in the vicinity.

As for Layla's team, it had finally caught up and was approaching the area where the two teams

currently were. But because of the incident with the transmission point, Layla still had not found all of

her team members. That was why as they engaged with the obstacles inside the Ghostly Demon Land,

they were at an apparent disadvantage.

Compared to the two other teams, it could be said that Layla's team had almost no chance of winning

the competition. In fact, they would be pretty lucky if they could just survive the Ghostly Demon Land.

Meanwhile, with Rubygon's help, Rocky and Valeria proceeded smoothly in their journey. Then, three

days later, they found a new area that astonished them to their core.

As they entered this area, what welcomed them was a huge building that looked like a divine temple. It

was magnificent and very grand, with hundreds of steps towering to the sky.

Around this divine temple, there were also several folk buildings with distinctive exotic styles. If these

were built by the ancestors of the Shura Race, they should be very skilled craftsmen.

Moreover, both the huge divine temple and the buildings around were well preserved. Even though a

long time had already passed, they were not affected. It was as if a unique kind of force was preventing

them from deteriorating.

"This should be one of the ruins that were left by the ancestors of the Shura Race…" Rocky uttered

after taking a look at the breath-taking ruins. Normally, these ruins should have collapsed and

weathered already. That was why they did not expect to see that they were still intact as if people were

still maintaining the entire place.

"So, is that the legendary Demon Sealing Palace?" Valeria asked, pointing towards the majestic divine

temple in front of them.

"I do not sense any powerful aura coming from it, so I don't think that it is the palace. But still, looking

inside might be helpful. There may be some clues in there that can lead us to the palace," Rocky said,

analyzing what they should do next. They had already gone to many places, but they were still yet to

find the palace. After all, they were just wandering around aimlessly without any clue about its location.

Now that they could probably find something in the divine temple, Rocky thought that it would be worth

a try.

"So, shall we head inside then?" Valeria asked at once. She was actually also curious as to what they

could find inside.

"Can you and Rubygon just wait for me here? We don't know what would welcome us in there, so I

actually want to go alone." Rocky thought for a while, and came up with this decision as a precaution.

"All right then. Be careful…" Valeria had no choice but to agree. After all, she knew that at this point,

she would just be a hindrance if something suddenly came up. Right now, she needed to be more

understanding and do her best to help Rocky in any possible way.

With that, Rocky asked Rubygon to stay with Valeria and protect her. Afterward, he flew into the steps

leading to the temple and rushed at his top speed.

Then, about half an hour later, he finally reached the entrance of the divine temple.

The structure of the divine temple was actually pretty simple. It was indeed towering, but it was not too

large. Before Rocky could enter the temple, he noticed that there were two lifelike beast statues in front

of the doors, and both of them exuded an inexplicable aura.

Assuming that it might suddenly do something, Rocky slowly stepped forward while carefully observing

the statues. Then, just as he was about to step into the temple, the two beast statues suddenly moved.

Their mouths opened and spurted ice and fire radiance towards Rocky. The forces were astounding

that Rocky was forced to retreat a few meters.

At the same time, right after Rocky retreated, the two beasts returned to their original position again.

"So, these statues are like guards of the divine temple to prohibit outsiders from going in…" Then, after

thinking for a while, Rocky suddenly took out the God-killing Sword.

In a flash, he inserted the sword in front of the door of the temple. The moment the sword was thrust

into the ground, he heard a deafening roar that reverberated throughout the area. Moreover, the two

beasts, which were very hostile earlier, did not move at all.

Therefore, Rocky tried to step into the temple again. This time, he was able to enter without anything

happening to him.

"Just as I suspected, the divine temple is familiar with the power of the God-killing Sword. After all, it is

a divine treasure of the Shura Race," Rocky remarked as he nodded. He thought that the guards of the

temple must recognize the God-killing Sword, so he did not hesitate to unleash it.

When Rocky finally entered the temple, he was welcomed by a passageway that was a few meters

wide. On both sides of the passageway, he saw a large number of murals, depicting various scenes

that must be connected with the history of the Shura Race. There were images showing the Shura

Race fighting against the ghostly demons and their leader, and these images were very vivid.

After passing through this passageway, he arrived at another part of the temple. It was tightly shut, and

no sunlight could penetrate it. However, this part was very bright. Upon closer inspection, Rocky saw a

golden ball that was almost half the size of a normal person, floating in the center of the temple. This

was the source of the light, and it acted like an energy generator.
