"You want a secret alliance between us and the Genie Fief? I don't think that will be easy. I'm sure the

Flower Fief will oppose this idea," Gilbert said.

"We can't let the Flower Fief know about it. This secret alliance between us and the Genie Fief will just

be between us," Rocky corrected.

"Are you saying that you want to take advantage of the power of the two fiefs at the same time?"

Gilbert asked in surprise.

"Yes. After all, only a single person will stand at the end of this battle among the Godly Geniuses. All of

these alliances are just temporary. Sooner or later, whether it is the Flower Fief or the Genie Fief, they

shall become our enemies. But for now, if we can take advantage of these alliances to the fullest, we

will have better chances of winning. If we stay in the middle, we can let them deal with each other first.

Then, when both sides are already hurt and exhausted, that's when we will strike," Rocky explained as

he analyzed the situation.

"That is actually a good strategy. You are thinking too far ahead," Gilbert remarked in surprise. He did

not expect that Rocky would be this serious and smart in using his foresight.

"However, I know that this plan is too risky. First of all, we have to make sure that Leader Adrian agrees

to it. Second, we have to be very careful in hiding it from the Flower Fief," Rocky warned.

"You are right. Now that Adrian comes to us, the Flower Fief will be on guard. I suspect that Elder

Leticia may come to speak with me soon," Gilbert replied.

"Hence, our only option is to put on an act," Rocky said with a cunning smile.

"An act? What do you mean?"

Then, Rocky walked towards Gilbert and whispered his plan in his ear. Gilbert's eyes instantly lit up and

widened as he stared back at Rocky. He was taken aback that Rocky would be able to come up with

such a brilliant idea.

"So, who's going to talk to Adrian?" Gilbert asked right away.

"After this, I'm actually going to meet both Leader Adrian and Godly Genius Gloria. Don't worry. You

can leave it to me," Rocky assured.

"I see. Good luck then. If this plan works smoothly, the advantages will easily outweigh the

disadvantages," Gilbert said in a hopeful tone.

Rocky just nodded and eventually left the hall to proceed to where Adrian and his daughter were

currently staying.

Meanwhile, Adrian and Gloria had finally arrived at the guest hall. Adrian was so pissed off that he

pounded the table and said, "The Godly Genius of the Ghost Fief is such a sly brat. How dare he make

a demand like that? Who does he think he is?"

"Father, you don't have to be so angry. For him to be able to think of such a scheme just proves that he

is not ordinary," Gloria said as she tried to appease her father.

"Well, you are right. At first glance, there really is nothing outstanding about him. But I can't believe

how fast he was able to find a loophole in what we said. Then, he readily used it against us. It's such a

pity that he is the Godly Genius of the Ghost Fief. If he was one of us, I could use his incredible talent

to the fullest." Adrian had always been fond of people with lots of potentials. Although Rocky had just

outsmarted and embarrassed him, he still could not help but admire the young man.

"Father, what do you think of his demand?" Gloria asked straightforwardly, wanting to know what was

on her father's mind.

"Of course, there's no way that I'd agree to his condition. However, we also can't leave just like this. If

others know what happened, it will be very shameful for us!" Adrian exclaimed as he let out a frown.

"All right. Maybe I should talk to him in private." Gloria thought that at this point, the best way to resolve

this was to personally talk to Rocky. After all, the two of them already had a secret alliance.

However, before she could leave the hall, a member of the Ghost Fief came in and reported, "Excuse

me, Leader Adrian. Our Godly Genius wants to see you."

"Okay. Let him in." Upon hearing that Rocky was there to meet with her father, Gloria immediately

asked to bring him in.

Soon enough, Rocky entered the guest hall, where he saw Adrian and Gloria.

"Sir, please forgive me for offending you earlier!" Rocky cupped his hands and offered a sincere

apology to Adrian the moment he got in.

"Humph! Really? When did you offend me?" Adrian snorted coldly and let out a sarcastic remark.

"I know that I made such a ridiculous condition, but in fact, I only did that to have a perfect cover-up,"

Rocky said as he tried to convince Adrian.

"Cover-up? What are you saying?" Upon hearing what Rocky said, both father and daughter looked at

each other with confused expressions on their faces.

"It was beyond my expectation that you would suddenly come to the Ghost Fief and ask me to marry

Gloria. It threw me off a bit because I have already allied with Gloria secretly. When you came here

with this proposal, it generally made my alliance with your daughter unnecessary," Rocky explained.

"What? You have already allied with him? Why is this the first time that I'm hearing about it?" Adrian

asked with widened eyes as he turned towards his daughter.

"Well, I was afraid that you would not agree to ask him to marry me if you already knew that I secretly

made an alliance with him," Gloria softly mumbled as she told the truth.

"I can't believe this, Gloria! You are so impish!" Adrian exclaimed in disappointment.

"Don't be so hard on her. In fact, it is actually a good time for you to come here. Since I already made

myself clear about my connection with Gloria, I might as well get straight to the point." Then, Rocky

heaved a sigh before continuing, "I was actually against the alliance of the Ghost Fief and the Flower

Fief from the start."

"Really? What is your reason?" Adrian asked as his suspicions grew.

"Well, first of all, I don't really get along with Godly Genius Valeria. At the same time, she also hates me

very much. If it weren't just for Leader Gilbert's order, I wouldn't have got engaged to her," Rocky

uttered.

"Yeah. I heard that from Gloria already," Adrian replied.

"Besides, we know that all the members of the Flower Fief are women. Although they are strong, once

the battle among the Godly Geniuses starts, the Flower Fief will still more or less be at a disadvantage

in many aspects," Rocky continued as he convinced Adrian.

"Yes. That is true." Adrian nodded as he thought that Rocky was telling the truth.

"Those are the reasons why I am not satisfied with the alliance between the Ghost Fief and the Flower

Fief. To put it bluntly, the only reason why it pushed through was because of the personal relationship

of Leader Gilbert and Leader Flora," Rocky added.

"So, why are you telling us all these things?" Gloria asked straightforwardly because she knew that

Rocky must have other intentions for telling all this information.

"Of course, I want to put the interests of the Ghost Fief first. Hence, I formulated a plan of my own.

However, I don't know if you will be willing to agree with it," Rocky said with a straight face.

"Tell me first, then I will decide," Adrian said bluntly.

"After the mission to subdue the Nether Dragon King, I'm afraid that I have become the number one

target of most of the fiefs. However, since we have officially allied with the Flower Fief, they will not be

able to easily attack us. Hence, I assume that the other fiefs will also start making alliances. But once

that happens, the situation will be more chaotic. Eventually, the Genie Fief will also be forced to choose

a fief to side on. Unfortunately, after the fuss that Godly Genius Gloria caused, the other fiefs will likely

think that the Genie Fief is also on the side of the Ghost Fief. Thus, even if you don't want to, you will

have no other choice but to pursue that direction," Rocky explained as he analyzed everything that

happened.

"You are right. That's exactly why I am proposing the marriage between you and my daughter," Adrian

said.

"I do understand your intention. However, my plan involves an indirect method to deal with the

enemies. I actually want the Genie Fief to ally with the Primitive Fief," Rocky finally said.

"I don't understand. Why do you want us to do that?" Adrian asked with furrowed brows.

Then, Rocky let out a devious smile and laid out his plan in detail.

After listening to everything that Rocky told them, both Adrian and Gloria were dumbfounded. They did

not expect Rocky to come up with such a clever and amazing plan.

"If this plan succeeds, we will be able to get rid of the Primitive Fief, which should be the biggest enemy

of all the other fiefs. After that, even if the other fiefs made an alliance, I don't think they would stand a

chance against us. Moreover, I'm sure that Gloria will enter the final battle of the Godly Geniuses,"

Rocky added as he persuaded them.

Hearing this, Adrian and Gloria looked at each other. They actually thought that it was worth a try. But

since the matter was of great significance, they needed time to think about it carefully.

"That is all. Now that I told you everything, I understand that you need some time to discuss it among

yourselves. Take your time and give me your answer when you're ready." After saying that, Rocky

prepared himself to leave. But before he could go out of the hall, Gloria suddenly called out to him.

"Wait a minute…"

"Yes? Do you still have anything to tell me?" Rocky asked as he turned around.

"I just want to ask this. If one day I make you really fall in love with me, will you be willing to help me in

the final battle of the Godly Geniuses?" Gloria asked with a hopeful expression on her face.
