After that, when Cory entered the field, the already tense atmosphere peaked. Everybody paused and

waited for the next turn of events.

For the Cloudlet Team or the Wolf Team, the final battle would decide the winner and loser.

"Basil, there's no point in comparing yourself to him. Cory's strength is entirely greater than yours, not

to mention that he is also a ruthless person!" Ramon pointed out to Rocky at once.

Rocky's incredible performance didn't surprise him since it was within his expectation. Although his

suspicions of Rocky hiding his strength proved true, he did not expect him to reach the fifth grade of the

Spirit Realm.

"Captain Ramon, there's nothing to worry about. I won't let you and the Cloudlet Team down. I'm good

at going out of my way to reverse the situation at the last minute!" Rocky said with his nose in the air as

he looked back. Then he threw his eyes at Cory and said, "I'll fight and defeat you with one blow."

"You little brat! Stop being so cocky!" Cory shouted in anger. An unsheathed spiritual sword coming

from behind him shot out like a meteorite piercing the sun in a split second. It rushed straight toward

Rocky at high speed. Even without swordsmanship, its power proved to be more intense than any pre-

existing sword skills.

When Rocky saw it, he subtly lifted the spiritual sword into his hand and immediately withstood the

attack.

Within a fraction of a second, the two spiritual swords crashed into one another, but soon, Rocky's

spiritual sword began to shake violently.

Clank! All of a sudden, Rocky's spiritual sword split in two at once.

Simultaneously, Cory's Meteor Sword skyrocketed and quickly caught up with Rocky.

"To hell with you! Devouring!" A sudden and intense surge of glowing energy came from Cory's sword

as he launched a sword strike. The sword energy exploded rapidly, reaching a distance of a hundred

meters as it consumed Rocky.

A warrior's strength at the fifth grade of the Spirit Realm was equivalent to a warrior's power at the

Supernal Stage in the Wild Spirit Land. Someone with that ability could inflict severe damage on their

enemies.

So, when the Cloudlet Team's disciples witnessed how Cory ruthlessly attacked Rocky, their hearts

skipped a beat out of fear for Rocky's safety.

"Maybe he won't die, but he would be crippled!" Cory exclaimed with pride and confidence.

Momentarily, the shining light dissipated, and a figure was left in place. Countless fragments of the

spiritual sword surrounded him as he stood motionless.

"How can this happen?" Cory looked too shocked when he saw the incident.

The remainder of the audience also seemed quite bewildered at how things turned out. They were

unable to believe their eyes when they discovered the identity of the figure. It was none other than

Rocky, who remained scot-free.

"At first, I found you exceedingly powerful. Only now, I don't think that's the case," Rocky snickered

disdainfully. After that, the remaining fragments of the spiritual sword near him rose and instantly flew

toward Cory.

As soon as Cory saw that, he prepared to counter the attack with his spiritual sword. But he soon

realized that Rocky had stepped on his sword and found it difficult for him to take it back. When he

realized that the situation was disadvantageous to him, he gathered all of his spiritual power to hold out

the attack. Still, the spiritual sword fragments broke through his spiritual power without difficulty.

"Argh..." After that, a series of cries emerged from Cory's mouth. Fragments of the spirit sword pierced

his whole body and penetrated deep into his flesh and blood. It was such a dreadful sight.

"Captain Ramon, how dare your man do such a gruesome thing to my people?" Xavier grew very

furious. From out of nowhere, his spiritual aura at the seventh grade of the Spirit Realm intensified.

None of the disciples present was able to conceal their shock.

In a snap, the Blood Sword behind him came out of its sheath and charged toward Rocky like a

lightning strike.

Ramon, who had already anticipated Xavier's sudden aggression, jumped up and landed right in front

of Rocky without showing vulnerability. Also, the unsheathed spiritual sword behind him floated in

midair, blocking Xavier's Blood Sword.

Within moments, the two spiritual swords crashed violently in the air.

After a while, the two streaks of spiritual power slowly counteracted, and Xavier's Blood Sword floated

back to his position at once.

"Captain Xavier, your accusation is quite unreasonable! Didn't Cory hit Basil with utmost force just

now? Cory is already at the fifth grade of the Spirit Realm, while Basil is still a novice. In your opinion,

whose remarks will be more compelling, mine or yours?" Ramon went to great lengths to defend

Rocky.

"You..." Xavier glared at Ramon furiously. Even so, Ramon was speaking the truth. Basil's attacks

could not harm Cory, but Xavier knew Basil's strength was not as simple as it appeared.

"Captain Xavier, will you keep on competing? If you don't want to go on, please leave now!" Ramon

requested Xavier to leave at once.

"Come on!" Xavier scowled at Rocky and grunted in rage. He knew staying longer would bring more

embarrassment to him. Left with no choice, he ordered the other team members to take Cory, and left

in despair.

"Basil, your power is just mind-blowing!"

At that moment, the remaining Cloudlet Team disciples flocked around Rocky. Carefully, they lifted him

and threw him into the air. Everybody was rejoicing with a lot of enthusiasm.

"Alright, that's enough. Go back to cultivate now. Basil, I need you to come with me." At that instance,

Ramon's expression turned grim.

Before long, Rocky was back on the ground, and the Cloudlet Team members took off.

Rocky tagged behind Ramon as they made their way to the Cloudlet Team's lounge.

Rocky waited for Ramon to take his seat first and then sat across from him.

"Captain Ramon, if you have anything to say, please do. I still have some business to attend to," Rocky

said directly.

"Who the hell are you?" Ramon fixed his eyes at Rocky.

"What are you trying to say?" Rocky pretended he didn't get what Ramon meant.

"Your strength is a bit complicated. You are so good at hiding your strength and even your spiritual

aura. I know for one reason that you entered Sword Spirit City with other intentions since the moment

you bumped into Miss Hannah's beast." Ramon raised his doubts without hesitation.

"You have such a wild imagination. So what do you think is my purpose for being here?" Rocky asked

with a discreet smile.

"Why don't you tell me? How am I supposed to know?" Ramon glared at him.

"Well, since you have no idea, how can you conclude that I have other intentions?" Rocky urged with

much interest.

"Just cut to the chase and tell me. Or else, I'll report this matter to the governor right away..." Ramon

threatened.

"Perhaps you would be enlightened if I remind you that I am Miss Hannah's savior and that I just

brought glory to the Cloudlet Team. If you accuse me of this baseless charge, it won't help you or the

Cloudlet Team! Plus, you might have already rat me out before if you wanted to do it. I think it might

have been Miss Hannah who asked you not to turn me in..." Rocky knew very well how smart Hannah

could be. It was impossible for her not to find out about his hidden power when he rescued her last

time. But since she did not take any action after the discovery, she might have given him the benefit of

the doubt. So, all of Ramon's threats were deemed useless.

"Are you purposely saying that to intimidate me?" Ramon was furious with rage. Rocky's ability to see

through Hannah's mind came as a shock to him, and now he was threatening him instead.

"I'm only stating the truth since both you and Miss Hannah are not sure whether I have other intentions

at all. But if you realize that I don't have any, it will only mean you indict an innocent person!" Rocky

smiled faintly.

"You..." Ramon went utterly silent.
