After he reached the camp's entrance, Rocky lit the tip of the incense, opened the curtain of the camp,

and tossed it inside.

Meanwhile, Phelps was resting and concentrating on his cultivation while he sat in a comfy chair.

Suddenly, he smelled a strange fragrance making its way towards him. He sat up straight and opened

his eyes. Something suspicious was going on inside of his tent. Wasting no time, he covered his mouth

and nose, trying to keep himself sober. However, he was too late. A numb, dizziness consumed him.

Although he was powerful and his Spiritual Infant had reached the advanced stage, he still couldn't

resist the powers of the strange fragrance.

Before long, Phelps had become inexplicably excited and danced all over the camp, resembling a

madman.

On the outside, Rocky waited until Phelps was deep enough under its spell. The moment that he

entered the camp, he saw Phelps constantly laughing and walking in circles. He was unable to control

himself.

However, Rocky was well aware that the effect of the incense would not last long when used against a

member with the advanced stage Spiritual Infant. Therefore, he quickly approached Phelps and

searched his body. Soon, he reached into Phelps' pocket and wrapped his fingers around the troop

distribution map.

"I was right. He has the map with him." Smiling slightly, Rocky tucked the troop distribution map away

and left.

As soon as he departed, Phelps woke and came back to his senses. He immediately touched his chest

and found that his pocket was empty. He roared, "How did someone sneak into my tent? How dare

they? Guards, catch the thief!"

Soon, chaos had spread through all the tents in the Tiger Whisker Pass. By now, everyone had heard

that someone had broken into Phelps' tent and stole something important. The spiritual soldiers

understood how crucial their mission was. In the blink of an eye, the whole Tiger Whisker Pass was so

bright that it looked like it was daytime.

Despite all the effort, none of them could find a trace of the thief.

As a matter of fact, Rocky had managed to successfully obtain the troop distribution map and flee from

the Tiger Whisker Pass because he had planned the escape route ahead of time.

A few seconds later, a mile away from the Tiger Whisker Pass, Rocky broke through the surface of the

ground. Dirt tumbled on each side of him and he shook more of it out of his hair.

"The Earth-diving Skill really comes in handy sometimes." With a smile plastered on his face, Rocky

rushed back to the Wild Hill Pass.

In the meantime, Tucker was pacing back and forth as he waited for Rocky to return. If Rocky had

failed, it would mean that the army of the spiritual race would possess the map of troop distribution of

the human race at the border. That outcome would be very bad.

Just as Tucker reached the edge of a panic attack, Rocky appeared in front of him.

"Basil, you're finally back. Did you make it in time?" Tucker asked in a hurry.

"Don't worry. I made it. Failing would have been too humiliating for me!" Rocky said, taking out the

troop distribution map and handing it to Tucker.

The moment that Tucker opened the map and laid his eyes on it, his body trembled. This map not only

contained a detailed distribution of the troops, but it also indicated other detailed information and the

weaknesses of some important passes. It was obvious that whoever had drawn this map had a good

understanding of the distribution of troops of the human race at the border. An ordinary person couldn't

have made the map!

"Although we are not sure who gave the map to the spiritual race, we can be sure that the person's

status in the human race is high!" Tucker concluded, looking at Rocky with a frown on his face.

"I was thinking the same thing. So, for the sake of safety, I think you should avoid reporting this to the

superior, at least for now," Rocky suggested.

"Why?" Tucker asked. Reporting the news would have been deemed a great contribution, especially

after successfully stopping the map from falling into the enemy's hands. There was a chance that

Tucker could have been promoted to the position of grand commander, effective immediately.

"Because if you report it, you will alert the enemy and the manipulator behind the map will become

more cautious. Plus, if he finds out that you're the one who reported it, he will come after you. I think it's

better to let the manipulator think that the stolen troop distribution map has nothing to do with the army

of the human race. That way, he will feel safe to continue secretly making deals with the spiritual race,

and we can follow the clues and find out who they lead to," Rocky explained.

"Well..." Tucker hesitated. After all, it was hard for him to walk away from the promotion he had been

working so hard to get. But what Rocky had said did make sense. This issue was not as simple as it

seemed, and the person behind it was very likely powerful. Therefore, if he were to report it, they would

put their revenge target on his back. The chance of getting the promotion was tempting, but he wouldn't

be able to enjoy it if he died at the hands of the enemy.

"Sir, as long as you listen to me, I promise you that after this battle, you will find another chance to be

promoted," Rocky told him. He knew what Tucker was thinking, so he made a promise to help convince

him.

"Oh, Basil, I am not a snob. I will never risk finding out who the person responsible is just to get a minor

reward. You are right. I won't report it for the time being. But I hope you can find out who is behind all

this as soon as possible!" Tucker said, stressing the last few words. He would wait for Rocky to find the

manipulator, but he wouldn't wait forever.

"I will." Rocky nodded and continued, "Now that Phelps has lost the map, he will be too embarrassed to

report to their commander in chief empty-handed. For this reason, I am sure that he will try to get

another map, or he will try to do something remarkable to make up for his mistake. If the latter

happens, I am one hundred percent sure that he will take action. Let's wait and see!"

Of course, Tucker had no objections to Rocky's plan.

After that, Rocky left Tucker's tent. As soon as he walked out, a delicate figure came into his view.

"Hi, Shirley!" Rocky exclaimed when her face reached the light.

"It hasn't been easy finding you. I've been waiting for you for a long time," Shirley complained, pursing

her lips.

"When did you get here?" Rocky asked.

"Yesterday. But you looked very busy, so I didn't disturb you," Shirley answered.

"How did you know I would be here?" Rocky asked, curious.

"Haven't I told you that our intelligence network is very wide? Some of our own people are currently

here," Shirley said confidently.

"I heard that Elliot left a letter and disappeared. Did that have something to do with you? Or have you

already..." Rocky asked, trailing off as a more gruesome idea entered his mind.

"No. That kind of guy doesn't deserve my attention. I just told him to never be seen in your sight again,"

Shirley said in a voice filled with malice.

"That's good." For a moment, Rocky had feared that Shirley had killed Elliot. He didn't want that to

happen. After all, he held no deep hatred for Elliot. Elliot had hired an assassin to kill him, but that led

him to find Shirley. Therefore, if it wasn't necessary, he wouldn't kill Elliot.
