You’re Insane, Jordy Collins!
Gloria turned around to see Jordy appear in the doorway.
She held her phone and looked at him in bewilderment. She did not respond to Jonathan.
“What happened?” Jonathan’s worried voice came through.
Jordy strode over with a grim face, and before Gloria could react, he snatched over her phone.
“Jordy Collins, you’re out of your mind!” Gloria snapped.
Jonathan’s eyes turned cold.
“I don’t want to see you flirting with your boyfriend here during work hours.”
With that, Jordy hung up for Gloria directly.
Jonathan’s face turned grimmer. He called Assistant Henry almost without hesitation.
“Mr. Brown,” answered Henry.
“Book me the flight to San Diego now.”
Henry felt shocked and bewildered.
“Mr. Brown?” he asked curiously.
There was no meeting waiting for him to attend in San Diego. Besides, he would be the one to remind
Jonathan where to go normally. What happened?
“Now!” Jonathan emphasized.
Henry stopped questioning his order and asked, “Yes, do you wanna take the first flight available?”
“Yes.”
“Consider it done.”
Jonathan hung up.
His face remained expressionless.
Gloria and Jordy live together?
Why are they still together at this hour?
Jordy threw her phone on the bed after hanging up for her.
Gloria looked at him and asked him in disbelief. “Jordy Collins, what’s wrong with you? What kind of
work hour is that?”
Jordy looked at her darkly and asked, “You haven’t facilitated any project for me yet. Shouldn’t
you work overtime to make up for your incapability?”
At one point, Gloria thought Jordy should go see a doctor to make sure he was mentally stable!
“I refuse to work overtime. I have nothing to do tomorrow. I can do it during the daytime. Now, please
leave my room!”
Gloria raised her hand and pointed at the door, signaling that she wanted to take a rest.
Jordy looked in the direction in which her finger pointed and saw the box of ointment which was lying
on the couch.
Pursing his thin lips tightly, Jordy dragged the arm of Gloria and walked out.
Jordy was so forceful that Gloria bumped against his back head-on when he made a sudden stop.
The body contact sent a shiver down Jordy’s spine. His body stiffened.
Gloria shook his hands off and looked at the unreasonable man in front of her angrily, asking, “What
the hell are you trying to do?”
Jordy had acted so weirdly today, which left her speechless.
Jordy held her down on the couch and then sat next to her.
There was something cold and sinister about Jordy, which enveloped Gloria almost right away.
She felt as if she were trapped by some sort of enchantment.
The next second, Jordy’s palm was holding her calf.
The touch sent an electric current down their bodies.
Gloria struggled, but Jordy held her legs on the top of his lap.
Gloria struggled ceaselessly, but Jordy pressed her calf down and said sternly, “Don’t move.”
“My God, you’re crazy, Jordy Collins! Do you know what you’re doing?!”
Barely had Gloria finished talking when her shoes were suddenly pulled off by Jordy?
Gloria struggled even more desperately.
Unhesitatingly, Jordy had opened the box of ointment.
Gloria’s face blushed awkwardly.
