Save Trouble
“Okay, right now.” With that, Gloria sent Ted her address.
Ted smiled. “Okay. I’ll go now.”
“Ok.”
After hanging up, Gloria walked out of the room and saw Nydia get up. Obviously, she heard Gloria‘s
words.
“What happened? Is my uncle coming?”
Gloria nodded. “He wanted to visit me and tell me something about the company. Maybe the
company‘s meeting ended with new decisions being made.”
“This time, Claude may have been criticized. A chairman was criticized by all shareholders. What a
bloody scene! I want to see Claude‘s ghastly expression!”
Gloria just smiled. After they chatted for a while, Ted came with a lot of fruit.
Nydia took it over casually with a natural gaze. “I like most of the fruit.”
Ted laughed. “Really? I don‘t know what you guys like, so I bought some at random. Gloria, do you like
these?”
Gloria smiled and nodded: “Yes, but you don‘t need to buy these.”
“No, I have to. You‘re still recovering, so you‘ll need supplements.”
They chatted for a while and sat down on the sofa. After asking about Gloria‘s health, Ted told her
about the company.
Nydia suddenly laughed and looked at Gloria. “I didn‘t guess wrong, right? Claude must be criticized by
everyone. Still, I don‘t think it‘s enough. Many people dare not say too much.”
“Yes. After all, he‘s the boss. Usually, they can‘t say much. But this time, Claude will lose trust in the
company, which is good news for us.”
Gloria just smiled and said nothing.
Seeming to realize something suddenly, Nydia looked at Ted in shock. “You expected what they were
thinking at first, didn‘t you? Did you deliberately not stop him?”
Ted raised his eyebrows and patted her on the shoulder. “I’m glad my niece got smarter.”
