Don’t Force Others to Do What You Don’t like
Gloria‘s eyes turned slightly, and she hurriedly nodded, “OK, let‘s eat.”
She proposed to eat before they went to pick roses, but Karen didn‘t agree. Gloria regretted it.
She was afraid that Karen wouldn‘t be too upset to eat after she left. So, she directly walked to the
dining room with
Karen, supporting her.
However, when she raised her eyes, she saw that Jordy was sitting at the table.
She was confused.
Wasn‘t he supposed to leave in a fit of pique?
He was going to eat with them?
He was really hungry?
Tut.
He was not that strong
After washing her hands, Gloria went to the table and smiled at Jordy, as if she were very concerned,
“So you are really tired. I thought you were strong. I guess I was wrong?”
It was humiliating. Gloria was doing this deliberately!
Jordy‘s face darkened instantly. He said calmly word by word, “You are funny.”
There seemed to be a gust of cold wind in the room.
Gloria smiled, “It‘s okay. People eat when they are hungry. It‘s normal.”
Jordy immediately glanced at her with fierce eyes. If it were someone else, he would have been
scared. God knew how sullen Jordy looked.
Karen was a little surprised. Gloria actually said such words?
Hmm?
It was fishy.
Gloria had never targeted him before. What did this guy do to her?
She needed to send someone to inquire about it. The two children wouldn‘t tell her the truth.
Jordy didn‘t speak, and Gloria‘s smile widened, “Thank you for vindicating me in the company. And
thanks to grandma, you wouldn‘t have done this if it weren‘t for her. You did something you don‘t like,
and you should remember not to force others to do the same.
Jordy suddenly sneered and looked at her, “Don‘t force others to do the things I don‘t like?”
His voice was freezing.
Gloria felt chilly on her back, but the next moment she nodded with a smile, “Yes.”
She would never forget how he forced her to do that thing!
But because Jordy was Karen’s grandson, she just let it go fordy sneered and said nothing. The ironic
smile on his thin lips gave people doubts.
But Gloria just ignored it. She sat down and put food in Karen‘s plate.
“Grandma, eat your meal. I‘m sorry. You eat so late because of me.”
“Oh, I‘m not that hungry. Come on, let‘s eat.”
Jordy kept silent with a sullen face. He glanced at Gloria and Karen and ate silently.
The two people talked and laughed, as if he were invisible,
Gloria didn‘t plan to stay after she finished eating. After all, it was late.
She smiled at Karen, “Grandma, I‘ın leaving.”
Jordy got up in silence..
Karen immediately nodded, “OK, goodbye. Jordy, send Gloria back.”
Jordy didn‘t speak, but just walked out.
Gloria didn‘t drive here. If she ordered an Uber, grandma would definitely disagree. She would watch
her get into
Jordy‘s car.
In the end, she didn‘t say anything. When she got outside, Jordy had been on the driver‘s seat,
apparently waiting for her.
