Harold looked at the attendees and spoke calmly.
"Ladies and gentlemen, now I'd like to invite Miss White to tell you about the plan we have for this
cooperation.If you have any questions or comments, you can put them forward after Miss White has
finished." The attendees remained silent.
Harold looked at Gloria and nodded to remind her to start her report.
Gloria inserted the USB drive into her laptop and projected her screen onto the meeting room screen.

presented it to all of you just now."
