When Jordy learned about Gloria’s accident at the office... Jordy and Harold hopped into the car, and
Harold told him what exactly happened to Gloria.
"Miss White was on her way back, and two trucks came to her on a dangerous road.She voluntarily
drove her car into the abyss.Someone already called the police."
Jordy changed color, and his heart was in his mouth!
“Where is she now?” Jordy feltlike he was going to collapse and used his last strength to squeeze the
words past the lump in his throat.
Harold shook his head in dismay.
"No idea." The news was like a bolt from the blue.
Jordy rushed out immediately! SW At that moment, he finally knew what it was like to be in a state of
panic.
“Jordy..?” Angela’s voice whirled him back to his senses.
Jordy pressed his lips tightly without looking at her or speaking.
Angela’s face changed slightly.
To her disappointment, Jordy just let her words wash over him…
Newell, with good character, said gently to her, "The accident is not much of a secret.How could we not
know about it?”.
Angela’s eyelashes fluttered.
"Everybody knows about it? What's going on?" Angela was not faking surprise.
Before she came to the hospital, her mother stopped her by warning her that the accident was still a
secret.But why did Newell say it was a matter of public knowledge? Thinking of this, Angela looked
slightly flustered.
Newell gave Angela a thoughtful look and said softly, "This can’t be a random act.The police are out
looking for the two culprits, and they’ll catch them and the person behind this crime.I really want to
know who had the nerve to do this to Gloria.”

Angela drew a sharp breath and stiffened with fear.
However, with her stellar acting skills, she did not expose her true self.
She put on a shocked face and said, "Someone tried to kill Gloria! Who’s so hateful?”
Suddenly, Jordy looked at Angela with piercing eyes, and her heart drummed madly inside her again.
“Jordy…why are you looking at me like that?" Jordy said frostily, “I also want to know who’s so cruel.”
Angela stiffened with morefear.She hurriedly nodded and said firmly, "The police certainly will find out
the truth and bring the person behind the curtain to justice!”
Jordy took his eyes off Angela and said nothing back.
A sudden silence descended over them.
Still in a state of panic, Angela didn't know what to say.She pretended to be worried about Gloria and
stood in front of her bed.
With no intention of leaving, Newell was staring at Gloria.
After ten minutes, Jordy's cell phone rang, breaking the silence.
Jordy checked his phone irritably and found that it was Harold.Then he answered the call.
"What is it?" His voice was cold and horribly grave.
When Harold updated Jordy on the news he had, Angela and Newell could see the murderous look in
Jordy’sdark eyes! "I got it,"
Jordy responded briefly and hung up.His eyes slowly fell on Newell.
“I need you to do an errand for me.You must go yourself." Newell looked at Jordy with a puzzled look
on his face.
"What is it?" Jordy didn't say anything but fixed his eyes upon Angela.
