Chapter 1163Chapter 1163 Another Challenge
The arrow was let loose, more ferocious and intense than the previous ones.
With a deafening bang, the arrow spliced the one already on the bullseye. That, however, was not the
most astounding thing.
The arrow shot straight through the bullseye, causing a hole to appear in the center of the target.
What power, and what skill! This is her true strength!
The crowd began to doubt their own eyes, thinking they must be seeing things.
How could this be possible? Don't things like this only happen on TV? An arrow through another! Onto
the bullseye! Straight through the target!
Sabrina stood there, her face as pale as a sheet, feeling the sear of humiliation on her cheeks.
Another humiliation by Ashlyn. She pinned me down on the ground and rubbed it in. I feel like a clown.
The image she had imagined, of Ashlyn being trampled under her feet, did not materialize after all.
She clenched her fists, feeling as though she was only embarrassing herself.
So...
She suddenly realized that driving at such high speed did not matter to Ashlyn one bit. Also, what Ashlyn said about acceleration was not an intimidation tactic.
Ashlyn put down the bow and arrow in her hand and watched Sabrina quietly.
“Best two out of three, Ms. Gray. How about that?”
Despite her loss and the imminent threat of another bout of embarrassment in Ashlyn's hands, Sabrina
stared at her, undeterred.
However, she stubbornly put on a façade of composure. “I must say, Ms. Berry, you surprise me.”
She paused for a moment, then lifted her head high and gazed at Ashlyn with eyes filled with defiance
and pride. “I challenge you to a horse race. Would you dare accept?”
She had been an excellent horse rider since she was a girl, courtesy of the rigorous training provided
by her family. She refused to believe that she could lose to Ashlyn at the strongest skill in her arsenal.
I'm no match for her in gaming, or in archery. Surely it's not possible that I'm no match at horse riding
as well?
Ashlyn glanced at Sabrina. “Sure!”
Sabrina was secretly pleased. She was skilled at choosing horses and picked out a large
thoroughbred. In contrast to her opponent's careful and serious selection, Ashlyn casually picked a horse.
The intense competition between the two beautiful women made the onlookers even more excited and
thrilled.
Following the pair, they arrived at the horse racetrack.
“The horse Ms. Gray chose is indeed the best one in the stable.”
“I don't think the other one stands much of a chance.”
“She's too casual to have chosen an ordinary horse.”
“I think Ms. Gray has this in the bag.”
The crowd was engaged in a heated discussion.
By then, Ashlyn and Sabrina had arrived together at the starting point of the track. Due to the competition between the women, those who were racing on the field immediately withdrewand conceded the track to them.
The staff at the racetrack grabbed a gun. “Are we ready, ladies?”
Sabrina took a look at Ashlyn's horse, snorted coldly, and grabbed the reins. With a swift and pristine
leap, she vaulted onto the horse's back.
Upon seeing her mount the horse so professionally, a cheer instantly erupted from the crowd.
Unfazed, Ashlyn took hold of the reins and leapt onto the horse's back.
The competitors held their reins, both soothing their restless mounts.
Seeing the situation, the employee fired the gun. Bang!
At the cue, both horses disappeared in a cloud of dust.
“Hyah!”
Spurred by Sabrina's command, her steed bolted like an arrow.
She was experienced. Pressing her petite frame firmly against the horse's back, she constantly
adjusted her posture in rhythm with the horse's gallop.
The horse she chose was indeed the best one from the stable.
The crowd began cheering. Ashlyn's equestrian skills were not to be underestimated. Her abilities were not inferior to Sabrina's.

wind echoing in her ears.
She looked breathtakingly beautiful in that moment.
Many men could not help staring at her.
